Description
Biography:

Raised in a poor lifestyle, the Bouck family was heavily weakened by the Great Depression. With many debts and barely any income, there was barely any way for the family to pull through. Lily lost several brothers and sisters during her childhood, her parents constantly sick when trying to keep the family on its feet. Not to mention that the only things that Lily ever did gain were negative habits, such as smoking to try and keep her warm during the long winters. When it was revealed to her that her dying mother was a witch from the First Neuroi War by the time she was reaching puberty, the young girl quickly enlisted as a National Guard, lying that she was already a witch to enter. Due to lack of available strikers in the National Guard's inventory, they took her word for it and trained the girl. Once she had completed basic, she always sent home her entire earnings to support what was left of her family.

By the time she had really gained her magical powers, the mother had already left the world. A devastated Lily was left with only a drunkard father and two siblings. Returning home for some time, Lily helped to bring her father out of his depression. But one night, local gang members had caught wind of the witch's return. The worn out house that the Bouck family resided in was raided, Lily unable to fight them off as she was restrained unexpectedly. The debt collectors forced her to watch as they tortured her father and sisters. Blood stained the girl's mind, and to this day she still has trauma from the event. During this moment, she had last seen a flash of blue before blacking out.

When she awoke, the house she had grown up in had disappeared, along with everyone in it. Deciding there was a freak accident, Lily returned to her unit as an orphan. She showed great leadership skills, and was promoted all the way until Captain despite her young age.

Personality: Cold until you open up to her, has extreme courage and the will to protect until the end.

Moral Alignment: True Neutral

Likes: Smoking, her scarf, the sound of shrieking Neuroi

Dislikes: Blood, seeing her comrades in pain

Well in terms of lore, we learn that:

1) Ursula continued her development of jet strikers while they were stationed near the Rhine
2) There is a type of giant worm-like Neuroi that can burrow a hole into a cliff and use it as a natural defense, popping out when it wants to fire back.
3) Arnhem was completely overwhelmed when witch forces arrived to help.
