I imagine I'd be sending Tasia along on Manager Quest.

You recommend Nes as a scout? Oh god, why do I get the feeling the Fiends thing is much, much bigger than I originally thought?

Updated listing, plus I'll add it to a box on the first page. I bumped Willow up to the healers group since he busted his Pony butt helping villagers.

Hmm.

Myra truly has no purpose (that she's aware of) because she hasn't done anything until now. I'm not sure where she's headed, but I need to get her involved with stuff other than teen club. Maybe she'll find a niche IC? If not, I'll drop her as a character.

Rodney is meant to be an antagonist. He sits on his ass in the lobby 24/7. Then again, he sits there because he's watching the weather. I don't know if anyone has ever picked up on that... he always turns up with stuff he'll need should he go out that day, meaning he's not only carrying a coat on warm days (that later turn cold) but also his umbrella (on mornings when it's nothing but sunlight). He's an exo-meteorologist. That might come in handy in this new setting.

Breakdown of sapient resources.
It might be helpful if people knew who to turn to when help is required.

There's a couple of posts I need to get out to keep the scene in the dining room moving. My day has been much busier than expected, but I'll post as soon as I can.

Yep, Slo, that that means formatting... which I don't have time to do tonight if we ever hope to get Torsi's sendoff sent off. :p

I'll send Kwa'a downstairs within three posts. Also, her app has been delayed for numerous reasons. Most of those reasons have been worked out, so I'll see if I can finish it tonight or tomorrow...

Thinking on what to do with Kale, I think I'll have her in the healer group. She doesn't have medical skills, but she can help with being an assistant to those who are trained.

I'll post that ICly later.

A firm hand was what they needed most. If the Nifid or the Confederation had to employ harsh methods to force them to behave, it was only because those children had the potential to mature into responsible citizens. Granted, they became citizens under the domain of their saviors, but they were model citizens to say the least.

We've got a lot on board already. There will still be time to have the two characters chat before Torsi leaves.

I'm dropping in a post for the burrows and library. Will get to the dining room next. Need to get the group moving.

Strong suggestion:

Fighters get off your asses and go do something. We're all dragging because you're bored and not posting. Go scout. I have things out there for you to discover. Go grab equipment and drag it in to determine how much firepower and ammo we have, at minimum. This information is what you'll need to share at the Resident Meeting.

The Centaur can help the scientists figure out the fiend/moon cycle. This frees up everyone else.

Alternatively, as Torsi and Fvaar have been very active in the lobby, perhaps the girls might decide to go scout?

Managerquest has the following responsive players: Torsi, Swith, Agy, Giovenith, Fvaar. Let's go with just them, please. Get 'er done.

Could I just imply that Driva follows Torii, or drag him along as a semi-npc until Bran posts? I'll be posting for Torii anyways.

Having the lobby group scout could be good, though I'll leave it up to Fvaar and Mon, and I think Slo still had a meeting with Sandy planned? Though that character is already engaged, so scouting it is, I guess ^^

My fear is that Bran will stall us by not posting at all.

To recap the stafferchat:

[22:54] <cer_> the plan is to reach the manager. manager gives key. boom! clinic done. manager also alerts girls to need to return to their own nations. boom! sendoff party is possible because fiends won't return for a few days (thank you, centaur person)
[22:54] <cer_> two days to get this done for torsi's sake
[22:56] <cer_> if no one posts by tomorrow afternoon, cultist stops [tora] at the elevator. telegram says she needs to go home. boom! sendoff party. nes and sep complete clinic quest w/out teens

I won't be heartbroken if Torii, Giovenith and Drova don't go on the Managerquest. I'd rather the teens give Torii a proper sendoff, and the alternate plan would work better for that. The story doesn't matter to me as much as your departure does.

As long as it means the teens all having a little lighthearted chatter and an adventure, then I'm fine with it. Managerquest sounds fun, though, since we don't see the weird bits of the building often.

He seems armed for bear already.

Add the shotgun, but also add it to his app. viewtopic.php?p=26165332#p26165332. Is it rigged to be used with the gauntlets? If so, can it be used without them or has the trigger assembly been adapted to work with only larger, bulkier hands?

There won't be much chatter on Managerquest, unfortunately. Not if we hope to complete it before you depart.

There isn't a trigger guard for one, his gauntlets are sorta stuck to him already, given that his sword would melt right through his hands if he didn't have them on. But I would think theoretically he could fire it without them if he had to, like he's obviously pretty strong, even without his suit.

And will add to app right now.

Oh. I though it was just an expedition through the building to find Demens and request more room for a clinic and other areas?

Really, I'd like to have a bit of pointless fun beforehand, but I don't want to stop people from going if they want, unless it's just some fun and then they get to do something after I go? Sorry. Anyways, I'd personally just prefer a bit of banter and something fun.

While I admit I was looking forward to fort building, I'm cool with scouting. As Kelly seems to be interacting with Volker and Cer's post specifically mentioned the two of us, I think limiting it to that to start would work fine. Warning: I'm neither sure Rmwtyliin will be much help here nor certain how to transition them to scouting as things stand.

How about wrapping up furniture movement very soon IC regardless?

Anyway, if more scouts are needed I can always send Kwa'a, although I admit that if Rmwtyliin scouts I'd prefer not to.

Also, as ETA for former's app is several days, skills section is currently relevant, and rough skills section can be posted in ten minutes, expect to see that soon.

Regarding hope for lighthearted chatter - I've been planning on Nick freaking out over something specific. It's not meta, it's definitely in character, and it requires all of a word or two from other characters. Ones with a very high likelihood of being said anyway, and insanely easy to prompt if not. It will be mostly thought.

However, Torsi, if this is too serious for you I am willing to scrap it, or make it something he realizes later.
