When you first see her, the soldiers are missing her. ..in a air vent five feet from her. I could be blind folded and hit her.

Just let the OP decide. Also, the comparison to Stormtroopers is an insult to the stormtroopers of Star Wars, seeing as how on the Death Star they were most certainly ordered to miss to that the Millennium Falcon could escape to the rebel base with the tracking beacon on it.

See this is how bad Cerberus is in 3,we're worse then the bloody storm troopers. The crew lived because of plot armor.
But seriously, the storm troopers lost to teddy bears. There pretty horrible.

Well, as I said, the Stormtroopers aren't bad at shooting. They were ordered to miss.
And the 501st Legion, who fought the Ewoks, were pushing like, 70 years of age or so.
Anyway, moving on from Star Wars...

The scene is ridiculous when you think about it. Makes me wonder why is everyone scared of them.
So do you guys see my point?
What Imperial bureaucrat ordered retirees to go?

Because they were still good soldiers, added with the whole thing of being associated with Darth Vader. I'm sure if they had been prepared for the Ewoks to actually fight it would have been much different. And they only really started losing once they started to spread out and chase the Ewoks away from the bunker. Don't forget there were also the Rebel commandos about.
We do, but leave it to the OP to decide.
Stormtroopers don't get to retire.
