This brings up the question, how well are the Reapers controlling the airspace? I get the Normandy and small Cerberus ships, but a portion of a fleet.

A few light transports, even just one, with stealth systems should absolutely be able to get in and out as long as they don't do anything stupid or stick around for to long.
