Forgive me if I'm being dense, but it says the Turians get 3 free urban structures. What are these? Does it mean I can choose any 3 infrastructure on Palaven to get free?

Urban structures just mean urban areas but typed differently for some reason.

Found it. There Urban Areas are doubled. They produce more than they should (90 not 45) and to exasperate that, all their worlds are somehow Garden Worlds so four urban areas on one planet produces 360.

If they're in his app, those are costs, which aren't right either (180 for 4 urban areas pops up a lot there). If they're in the archive, then yeah, he's wrong.

I have nothing better to do tomorrow, having finished MGSV today, so I might take a crack at them, see how much he should be getting.
