Probably could make some sort of Carribean Federation with like Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti, etc.

NOW South Africa has something to worry about. And Arabia. But, most importantly, Israel. And the second the Afghanistan guy's reservation falls out I'm taking it over. And me and Egypt are planning to coup North Africa. 1950 Arab Spring!
