Well I think any good discussion on magic should first begin with magic systems.The magic that Elizabeth practice is that of ritual magic. So for her there are verbal, material and somatic requirements for her spell with some occasion using consecrated lands of power to strengthen spells and making others easier to use. Rituals can take up to a few minutes, hours, to even days.

One of the most important component for magic is belief. Most mages often applie to some belief paradigm or tradition for thier magic. Other components include both a dedication to practice it along with the right knowledge to do magic. There a forth requirement for magic but it isn't too important since even normal poeople can use magic, it's just having magical intuition makes performing magic easier.


Magic in that world is unlimited and all powerful, meaning one can never worry about losing mana or any other form of energy for casting a spell but performing rituals can be both physically and mentally exhausting depending on the length and actions of the ritual. Magic can be empowered by arcane knowledge, sacrifices, and backing deals with otherworldly beings. While it can be limited by a magicinan's lack of knowledge, didecation and by the magician's own beliefs.

Also it isn't the type to go for the glamorous and flashy look like fire balls from a staff or sith lightening from your finger tips. No it tends to be invisible with occasionally seeing effects of the spell happening but you never see the spell itself when it's casted.

There is more to the magic but that is for much latter. Oh among the need for gestures, props and incantations visualization is a must for magic sense it is the conjurer's own mind and will that is bringing the spell into existence, he'll they are the only ones able to see their own spells.

Spray Bottle of an Unknown Substance: When I first employed the FF, I had a little running joke where I would spritz unwelcome universe-jumpers with a spray bottle, like with a cat on the furniture. When sprayed, they would be forcefully returned to their own universe. Eventually, that became an actual part of my canon, but I STILL DON'T KNOW HOW TO JUSTIFY IT.

Personal Shield Generator: Generates a small force-field around them, shielding them from all damage until it breaks.
