They can touch OK but OK can't touch them? Will energy enhanced attacks bypass the intangibility? Kind of need the information because O has precog.

I think its like Jell-O, or a ghost type pokemon with fighting typemoves against a normal type pokemon. At least that's what it seemslike from the way YOU explained it.

Saskisdi wrote:Name: Lucas "Traveler" Holden
Starting Affiliation: Good
Gender: Male
Age: Unknown (Appears 30)
Appearance: (Image)
Species: Unknown (appears human)
Universe of Origin: Unknown
Backstory: The day of his sixteenth birthday, Lucas' parents were murdered in their room. The trauma of this caused a strange power to be revealed in the form of portals to other universes randomly appearing underfoot. For thirteen long years he moved on a Quantum-Leap-style journey through the multiverse, perpetually alone, but only a year ago did he finally realize that it he had some control over it. Over that past year, he has been working on honing his abilities to the form of complete control. The random portals haven't stopped, but he's attained the ability to create his own. Due to this ability, he eventually attracted the attention of the First World Department of Multiversal Security, and was drafted within their ranks. He rose through the ranks of his sub-sector, his sector, and even his macro-sector to eventually be the SAC of the Science-Fiction macro-sector.
Powers and Abilities: Can create portals to other locations/times/universes.
Weaknesses: Being shot too many times. Yeah, kind of a bummer.
Destructive Capacity: Wall/Tree Level with his gloves on.
Speed: 10 m/s with his boots equipped.
Durability: Wall/Tree Level with his suit on.
Lifting Strength: Class 1 with his suit equipped.
Striking Strength: Class KJ with his suit equipped.
Stamina: Extremely high with his suit equipped.
Standard Equipment: What appears to be a semi-formal suit, but is actually a Titanium-Nanoweave Full Body Armor, with a removable face-mask (It's a long story that may or may not involve Halo, an Equestrian engineer, and an obscene amount of alcohol). He also has augmented long-fall boots and gloves allowing for impressive feats of strength, as well as immunity to fall damage, which is invaluable when you have a power such as his. He also wields a lethal variant of the Sonic Shotgun from Minority Report, as well as a plasma pistol and a hard-light rapier.
Intelligence: Again, fairly high.Name: First World Department of Multiversal Security (AKA the Fiction Force)
Leader: The Author [Only seen via writing in his persona]
Military Numbers: They number in the septillions, but there's a large delay due to the massive amount of time and energy it takes to travel between sectors.
Civilian Numbers: Numbering in the nonillions, they're mostly just desk workers: accountants, organizers, that sort of thing.
Main Species: Not even kidding when I say various.
Starting Affiliation: The stability of the multiverse at all costs. As long as the side of good is for that, then the FF is good.
Universe of Origin: Fiction Force
Description: The First World Department of Multiversal Security, or the "Fiction Force" as it's more commonly known, is basically the self-proclaimed police force of the multiverse. The First World (our world IRL) is a universe populated by what the FF refers to as "Authors". By writing and using their creativity, they can actually create the worlds they think of. In some cases, those created universes flicker out of existence in an instant, but with the more people that pour their creativity and belief into a work of fiction, the more that fiction becomes reality.
The Fiction Force was created by an Author after the grand scale of the multiverse was revealed to him in a vision, as well as the threats it posed to those who created it. As a created universe, the FF is not a part of the First World themselves, but they act as an extension of it. With googolplexes of universes to handle, The FF has divided the multiverse into macro-sections, sections, and subsections based on genre, series, and canon/fanworks.
I wrote a book - a goddamn BOOK about multiversal interactions, and I wasn't told about this RP?! What. The. Hell.
Needless to say, this is a dream come true for me.
