I second the vote for Jack's sword. As for the Millennium Puzzle be for Zarall. Maybe we can have a Behelit be one of the evil relics?

I decided against the Seven Seals because if we were to go biblical, like you suggested, they wouldn't be actual relics. Just events that transpire that signal the apocalypse. Not exactly things you can hunt down and destroy / protect.

As for the hero/villain work together thing, there'd really be no reason to. Anything significant enough to warrant a long-term alliance between powers a la WW2 would definitely draw the attention of Zarall or Asteraoth, who could get rid of them with the wave of a hand.
