I believe the Millennium Puzzle (Yugioh) was suggested at one point. Not sure whose relic it would be.
A good relic for Zarall could be Samurai Jack's katana. Then you could have two legendary swords. XD

Not the seven seals? I mean seriously, destroy a all of them and armeggedon is upon the world... And I kinda want to start an arc where both the heroes and villains need to work together to destroy the charred council

Universe of Origin: Pokemon
Backstory: Cynthia was born and raised in a yet-to-be-discovered region, and quickly rose to be a powerful trainer, defeating several leagues in the span of a few years. She eventually made her way to the Sinnoh Region, becoming the reigning Champion and making friends with several of the people there.
Powers and Abilities: Extremely competent strategist, great puzzle-solver, arguably the strongest Pokemon Champion (debatable, seeing as the likes of Red and Gold exist), very intelligent, with considerable knowledge of history, lore, and the supernatural phenomena of the Pokemon World.
Weaknesses: Loves ice cream a bit too much. Despite her strength as a trainer, she herself is still a human.
Destructive Capacity: Human level; Pokemon range up to city level, especially with Earthquake
Speed: Human level; Pokemon range up to supersonic under most circumstances, and possibly faster depending on the move (up to Hypersonic+)
Durability: Human level; Pokemon are much more durable, though can die from things like gunfire (but not actual Pokemon moves*, for some strange reason)
*Under normal circumstances
Lifting Strength: Human level; Pokemon range up to Class 25, or near-infinite using psychic (depending on the psychic strength of the Pokemon; Cynthia's Togekiss isn't as strong as Gold's Togetic, oddly enough, and can only psychically lift about large building level)
Striking Strength: Human Level; Pokemon range up to Large Building Level
Stamina: Very High
Standard Equipment: Herself, some medicine, a pokedex, a considerable amount of money, and her pokemon.
Team: (Mage) Garchomp, Spiritomb, Roserade, Togekiss, (Mega) Lucario, Milotic
