Was recommended to this Multiverse RP. So, what kind of restrictions are on characters here?

Basically fair game with the exception of Gods right? Because in the last RP I checked out.

Dragon Ball Z was considered OP, I don't know why.

I don't remember what lead to it but I think someone mentioned the Dragon Balls and it lead to DBZ power levels and the Op pretty much banned them from play after that.

It could probably work on Ditto. That way you have every pokemon ever

If we're going by game mechanics(which I am), then you would only have whatever Pokemon your opponent has.

We'r going by mechanics for several things. Ditto can transform into anything it has already personally copied, at will, but in a regulated match, is only allowed to transform into the opponent's current pokemon, and can not switch back until he match ends.

Yep. The bad guys have Giritina, Palkia, Uxie, Mesprit, and are capturing Azelf. After Azelf is captured, they'll get Dialga.

Well I also did say in that post that he was just going off of a general feeling of the powers of arceus. But then there's War who is actively hunting them.

The reason why I had war do that is because I know a battle would have ensued. Either that or a battle to distract War from them.
