Aim Dodging via predictions and following a pattern does not = Light speed reflexes like you suggest Undertale Characters have.

Many of the attacks are light based or come from a God-Tier character, and so would be at Relativistic+ or even FTL speeds. Simply being able to keep up would make Frisk's speed Relativistic+, even if only on the lower end. Then for the other monsters, it would be mostly power-scaling from there.

Regardless, a ruling has already been issued on this subject for this thread.

Not really? The game's designed to be winnable so there's always space and time between each attack for Frisk to move and dodge. Watch those no hit runs, see how they move to available space that you can reach with a press of a button, completely dodging attacks. From a monster's perspective, Frisk is like that guy from the Matrix.

Again, Aim-Dodging does not need for you to be moving as fast as said attacks. Only that you know when and where they'll happen. This means Frisk has impressive stamina and planning for a child, but not that he has literal as fast as light reaction times.

See how the attacks move nowhere near the speed of light, exception of lazer beams from Sans and such, which have a set pattern.

Examples being Toriel and Asgore's flames, the attacks that go through Muffet's web, the cleavers used by Dogamy and Dogaressa, and Mettaton's bombs.

Here's the Ground Soldier (Vehicle Mode), Sergeant Ground Soldier (Vehicle Mode), Heavy Ground Soldier (Vehicle Mode), Seekers (Vehicle Mode)

I'd put stuff up about things like their space fleet but there's really nothing on that, so for now you can just look at their cool grunts.
