Yeah, even the ERE would eventually be annoyed by Papa Rome's attempts to conquer to west.

Also, ERE has a partial inferiority complex, since none of his brothers and sisters are acknowledging him as the heir to the Imperium, usually calling him names like "Romania, Eastern, Byzantium.."

It would be interesting to see Rome's children visit him again. But old Papa Rome will probably be extremely drunk for most of it. At least Eastern will be awake.
