Lol, this is 1700 the Khanates should be glad that they're not being raided by him, light horse calvary, the primary unit in the Khans army, are innefective now with gunpowder weapons plus the thing about the Orthodox Patriarch denouncing him is BS, Orthodoxy is not centralized at all, mean there are Greek, Russian, Georgian, Armenian and Serbian Orthodox not to mention the Copts.

@reatra, what gunpowder weapons, even if you do have any there is no way that you have more than 5,000 troops armed with them. This is 1700 and the Europeans themselves are just phasing out the pike. Also, I know that you are supposed to be somewhat modernized but there do have to be limits mean you guys hadn't even invented the wheel before the Spanish got there irl, even if you do have flying llamas

Wikipedia made it sound like Denmark and the Netherlands had a (mostly) strong relationship in the 1500s and 1600s (there's nothing about the 1700s), but since this is alt-hist, and I don't know when we'll get a Danish player, we can just say relations became strained in recent years, and the Dutch are becoming closer with the Swedes.
