I just don't like the idea of soldiers being killed for no reason.



What do you plan on using it for?

Movement mainly. And Shooting at cities. I just want to lighten it.
I get that thing about soldiers not getting killed not settling with you well, but really its their job. The sabotage of the Nuclear Power Plant should unsettle you more.

I'm fine with you killing people attacking you, but like if somebody surrenders, don't kill them without good reason.

I won't kill surrendering people. And i really dont think these guys will surrender...

Are anti-meta weapons like concentrated rays that negate powers while in the beam? If so, I know where they could have come from.

ERebud is, but that is caause he can teleport to the others if he is needed he has constructs watching them. Why?

Could they be hacked so to speak?
Or atleast enough to stall them or cause them to freeze.
