Simply stopping an attack
Imitation super strength (he is really just redirecting the weight or forces to assist him)
Imitation super speed (he can launch or move at super speeds by having the physical forces stopping him from doing so actually assisting him)
creation of an invisible platform or wall, so as to even be able to stand on air (or use it as a barrier between him and an opponent)
Obviously, his weakness is energy and mental attacks
Personality: Very arrogant, defeatist when things start going south, THINKS he is charming with the ladies
Bio: Benjamin Lucha has pretty much traveled his entire life, and doesn't ever figure himself to have a home. When anti-meta sentiment came around, he challenged them out front, and is said to be a one man army....when he isn't getting caught, though he escapes before death. He disappeared rather recently from anyones radar, and made his way to the resistance, feeling that it may be better to have someone to back him up in case he gets caught again.

Basically that.
You could say that each forms are different personalities, with one being more benign, and the other is a crazy Nazi Girl. They shift forms when they are hurt, and they lose some of the damage that was caused to them (half). It takes 5 or so minutes to change, with it so they can only change 3 times a day.

He let the heat die for a couple years in the USA, while he made a problem for African as the Steel Devil. He never really forgave the USA for what they did. Now he is starting his vengeance upon the USA and the world in general.
