I would like to know more about the powers, as they seem like they could be overpowered.

Breaking is a near contact attack, so she can only attack people within around a 4/5 foot radius. She cant take out a bullet.

Personality:
She is a pretty cool and collected person. She doesn't want to kill people, but will if they threaten her or anyone she loves or cares about. Very protective of her friends.
Bio:
Raised by former academy students, she is very trained in martial arts and using weapons. She was normal until the people that raised her were killed in a prolonged fight with the government. After that she ran away from that place, first becoming a homeless person, before she joined the Resistence. In the Resistance, she grew up with some other members, and now consider them her family.

That's the idea. He has a powerful healing factor that results in fluctuations in his brain. As a result, he's insane, believing he's a character in an RP
