HISTORY OF THE REPUBLIC

Formed as an emergency counteraction due to several regrettable incidents involving superhero and villian battles, the Republic of Meta Humans immediately united the world against the Meta threat and formed a true World Government. Some countries still choose to decline membership but those countries, such as North Korea are usually left off for the worse because of it. The national governments of the respective countries are still in control, however the Republic has supreme authority over all its members, much to some of the leaders resent. The capital, which is often used as a meeting place is on a remote tropical island in the Atlantic, the location as of yet remains unknown. As for the leader, all that's known of him is that his name is Mr. Samuel Atlas and all the other world leaders follow him obediently, rumor is because of fear.

Shouldn't be too hard, all you would really have to do is be in the area where one of our two main groups are. I forget where one is but I know another is in/near Toronto, Canada.

Raised by former academy students, she is very trained in martial arts and using weapons. She was normal until the people that raised her were killed in a prolonged fight with the government. After that she ran away from that place, first becoming a homeless person, before she joined the Resistence. In the Resistance, she grew up with some other members, and now consider them her family.
