As of 2015, Brazil has no WMD's. Unless the OP creates something, there is no way you can say for sure what kind of WMD's will appear by 2030, so we're going by 2015 WMD's.

France is part from the NATO. I can't see who will start this retaliation. We're no longer in the Cold War, no one is tied up to a nuclear launch button. This attack would probably provoke protests from Russia, China and India, NATO and the US will side with France, and then everyone will turn against world terrorism.

I don't even see why we're arguing. The OP gave me his permission. The nuclear attack is an important part of the plot, as it allows Rose to take revenge against Brazil, and it doesn't directly affect any other characters.

No one would be STUPID enough to launch Amy kind of WMD. Why? Because the second that goes into the air, you have written off your life, and the lives of all your people. Stalin, Hussein, Bin Laden, Kim Long Un, ISIS. Not a single one has used a WMD. its suicide.



Also, I would love proof that Brazil has no WMDs, no allies, and that launching a nuke won't get you slaughtered. In fact, though none are official, I can guarantee you at every nation has at least one WMD.

Triple the hunters, annihilate anywhere metas may be without discrimination, make blocks every ten Inches on the road looking for metas, stop and search every plane, what that would do would guaruntee not just the deaths of YOUR characters, but of everyone else.

And let me make this clear. Ars said you could if you had a valid reason. You said it was to show that your character could hit them anywhere, anytime. So.....does destroying duffel tower not do this? My main problem with this.....Iys just plain stupid. Illogical. Irrational. Nonsensical. Even hitler had. More brains than to destroy a major city. Hell, attacking peatl harbor was smartwr.

An Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles flies on a suborbital level. Brazil would have only a couple of minutes if they're lucky to hit the ICBM. Combine that with no one expecting a nuclear attack from France, and you'll get an extremely high chance of success.

Now, the casualties won't be that bad. It was a small ICBM. I don't know about Rose, but Julius was okay with it. He's insane if that wasn't clear until now.

4. Syrixes character and the other metal dude would be found and annihilated.

5. How much you wanna bet the search for the island of metas would be at least tripled, and a massive war ensuing? Wayne would mist likely be.....dead.

6. It's only a matter of time before the stronghold is found. Erebus and Pat....dead.

Instead of endless and useless arguments, we can go on the simplest variant. The attack provokes tensions among the RAMH and creates certain retaliations against metas in Europe.
