I´m failing to assume the logic of this. Anthon: Population probably in the few hundred thousands, since meta-ness is quite rare. Burning Canada to the ground would be basically impossible, even with metas. You´d have basically every Hunter in the world attacking, and the loss of life would ruin any gains.
Tech metas? Ethan has had Caine protect his house from any kind of scrutiny, meaning any online efforts he makes are completely anonymous. The former students are well hidden. Caine´s finding them mainly relies on them coming to him.

I just don´t see the need for Zayne to know where everyone is. It kinda gets the fun out of it all, doesn´t it?

I didn't actually mean burn all of Canada down, plus I don't think all the Hunters would be after Zayne with everything happening in the Eastern Hemisphere.
There is no way to stay completely anonymous online. All we need is one piece of information that can lead to everything else. While most of the students are hidden because they stay off the grid, Zayne's network can find anyone that broadcast anything or slips up in public.

Zayne isn't actively seeking out the former students, he just likes keeping tabs on them. It's mainly knowledge for knowledge's sake.

I never said it was a perfect system. Limited units to have as spy only covers so much. And again he just likes knowing, he's not going to do anything with the information.

One of them, the "French Minister", has the power to copy someone's appearance for a certain period of time. Julius simply used a red contact lense to change the color of his right eye, and he covered his left, "special" eye with an eye patch. The other terrorist girl simply pretended to be blind. She can create swords and move them, but that requires a lot of energy, and she can only use a couple of swords at a time.
