Personality: The Tshuchikage, despite his harsh appearance is actually a very mellow and patient man. Almost similar to a stone, his patience is great enough to wait out tense situations, and has made negotiations easier for him. However, at the same time he is as stubborn as a stone often refusing to budge until the opposition relents. Beyond that, his experience in the infamous Iwagakure Coup and resulting turmoil, has solidified his desire for stability for his home. Which has not entirely recovered from recent unrest.

Goals: To ensure that Iwagakure enters a period of stability and ensure that no power would threaten his village and people.

I only have two things to include:
1. I made it sound that the Tsuchikage and Ryo's dad, Teijo Imada, were at the very least friends.
2. Isao is former Anbu, assigned by the Tsuchikage and Teijo to watch over Ryo. So he's friendly with both of them.

Guys, is the Hokage a man or woman? And are things like smartphones allowed? I mean, it is 150 years after the war, and even after Naruto became the Hokage, things like laptops & handheld game consoles exists.

No. Kage are going to co-ops and select others.

Tenth Hokage.
Eighth Raikage.
Ninth Mizukage.
Eighth Kazekage.
Seventh Tsuchikage.

Of course, you can move forward or back one by having the Kage be older or younger than your average ninja.

I estimated 50 years per Kage, and factored in some time from the current Kage.. Looking back, that might be high-balling it, and those estimates are for some one becoming a Kage right now. Regardless, those were only recommendations. I'm going with the Eighth Mizukage.

They do. Naruto had a computer in the last manga chapter I read. I just don't want to be speculating on the rate of technological advancement in a fictional setting.

Off-topic, may I ask that you not italicize everything your character says? Generally, italics are used for inner thought (no quotation marks) or for what another PC has said, differencing from NPC statements which can be made like normal ststements (no italics needed).
