History: Originally the head clan from the village of Mizukame in the Land of Fire, they were known as powerful Genjutsu, Ice Ninjutsu and Lighting Jutsu users whom fought gallantly in the first Ninja war, with a legendary successor at the helm of their clan. But afterwards began to fade from lessening prestige after the end of the war. Their homeland and most of their people were massacred, including the heads of the clan whom fought to the last man during the Second Ninja war, and so they retreated to the Village Hidden in the Leaves where the Hokage allowed them to resettle. Since then they have continued to lose prestige during the great peace that has only recently begun to falter, however, three decades ago, a legendary child was born, Saburo Tachibana, whom has been named the successor to the clan. Physical changes during this jutsu include the eyes turning maroon first with no other change, at the second level, the symbol of the clan appears in the eyes of the user, at the third level their eyes turn black with the exception of the now crimson red symbol of the tachibana which replaces their pupil and allows them to see in any conditions and through most genjutsu (Unless that genjutsu is another kekkei genkai or very high level). Users are born with white hair and blue eyes and their skin is lighter than most other clansmen. Though not yet displayed in Saburo, they can use Ash-Style jutsu along with their ability to turn into molten or solid steel and craft weapons out of chakra. The last one was capable of a combination of fire, earth and ash jutsu he called the Volcanic Ash jutsu which was capable of burning enemies or severely damaging their lungs. They can also use ash genjutsu, though Saburo hasn't been able to use any ash style jutsu yet. Their abilities come naturally to them however, and at certain ages or in times of need they will randomly discover new techniques.

Fair enough. I like constructive criticism and I'm sure I made some minor mistakes in here, though I really don't see too many potential problems other than accidentally copying kekkei genkai and moving it down.

My biggest problem is saying the entire clan is overall proficient in lightning, water, and wind style (ice is a combo of wind and water) while your "Child of Legend" can use fire and possibly earth style (some sources list Ash style as fire/earth combo, others don't acknowledge Ash style).

Basically, you're giving your one character too much power. And one clan being innately good at water, wind, and lightning while being based in the land of fire makes negative sense.

That shouldn't be too much of an issue. The Successor Child is unique from most of the shinobi and very rare only occuring once every few generation as a result of radically different, but rare genes. Secondly, I am not giving him too much power, however, I will only disclose his weaknesses directly to you and/or the OPs via telegram, the weaknesses were supposed to emerge later on. Thirdly, His clan is very unique from others, with most of the clan being good at a combination of both Ice and Lightning style which they use together channeling electricity through the ice rather than using Ice techniques alone, or being only able to use lightning style if their genes lead to that and at the same time having severely recessive genes that have an almost opposite chakra nature that is more powerful than most clansmen popping up very rarely.

In one of the Movies some shinobi copuld use an Ice technique that was only through their exceptional water control.
