Personality: He has a friendly personality, as even though he has few friends but he is friendly enough. On the other hand, though, he is a loner personality by nature so despite having friends he prefers being alone, as he's been happier when alone. Beneath his loner personality, however, lies the nice and kind attitude. Since he likes to be alone, however, he became reckless in his actions and sometimes it makes him at disadvantages.

Biography:

Genhai was born to a small Shinobi family in Iwagakure. His childhood was a happy one, if somewhat sad since his parents, being Shinobi were sometimes away and he spent his childhood with his elder sister taking care of him. He has few friends on his childhood and during his life as Genin, which became lower and lower as he spent less time with his friends and more on his career as a Genin. He was known as a loner by now.

He passed the Chunin exam on the age of 17, of course, and by that time he was known for his excellent Earth Release techniques despite still a Chunin. However, beneath his somewhat loner personality lies the ambition to protect the Iwagakure and make Iwagakure the strongest village, and to do that he needs to be the next Tsuchikage.

Not really, no, it just gives out-of-the-ordinary abilities, with their own weaknesses and such, but you can be extremely powerful and effective without one. A kekkei genkai is mainly given out through Clans, like the Sharingan and Byakugan, but it's not a major component of strong shinobi. For example, our current Hokage is a skilled Fire Release user with impressive summoning and sealing techniques, she gets by.

If you have it graded then the idiots (Naruto-type character) will lose. Merge Ibiki's test idea with the completing it in the Forest of Death idea.

First Phase will be held in the Forest of Death, outside of Konoha, doing the written test/survival course that Altannia suggested. Next one is probably a single question type of deal before the match ups, something like what they had in Shippuden where they asked a team which member they would leave as a decoy. Correct answer is no one - team, like ohana, means family and family means no one gets left behind.
