Okay, I'd at least like for the question to be answered. After that, no prob.
On the other hand... if Everton were to pop back and spy... he might overhear a secret... or maybe enough to figure out the secret...
*rubs hands together eagerly*
An unintended revelation, ahead of time...
Let's do this.

Well, Allister and Charlotte got into a bit of an argument, and then Allister kissed Charlotte, so she freaked and almost 'exploded', but Merlin calmed her down, and Allister freaked and decided to commit suicide by alcohol, so Everton had a bit of a chat with him--oh, and is one of the few people who doesn't seem to despise Charlotte--et cetera.

"Merlin... I think I have schizophrenia."
"Really? I do too!"
Everton: "Whoa"

Oh, yeah, and GAme, although Lana's probably near enough to get that there's something she's not being told, I'd advise not pestering Char about it unless you want the 'almost exploded' to turn into a 'did explode'. Her skillset... Angel of Darkness, you may recall.
It wasn't me!
I just took it as a 'character opinion' thing, something that Everton thinks, whether it's correct or not.
For example, say, Allister, could think that Seren's trying to tick everyone off, and he could say so. He'd be wrong, but it would be his opinion.

Right, I'm finished packing. I'll start Everton's spying soon.
Oh, and Topians, the comment about Quartz's power was basically a sales pitch to make Charlotte want to buy something. Business.
I'm pretty tired myself. I've walked about 50k in the last week.

Annnnnnd drum roll please!
*rat-a-tat-a-tat-etc.*
I present to you the NPCs of Quartz's Workshop!
KiriBrief Bio: Kiri Masaiah was born in the harsh back streets of Moskva Russia and abandoned at an orphanage. Due to her small size and inability to walk she was shunned and bullied by all the other children in the orphanage.
As the years passed and Kiri reached an age of fourteen, the orphanage was raided by rogue supernaturals. The children of the orphanage and the caretakers were all slaughtered by the supernaturals. It was then that Kiri first crossed paths with the legendary master rune smith; Quartz Ernst. Quartz defeated the supernaturals and discovered Kiri hiding in a closet. Quartz, sensing potential in her, took Kiri back to London with him and made her his apprentice in the art of runesmithing and a Watcher in training. Quartz granted Kiri the ability to walk by carving Runes into her deformed legs, increasing both her speed and strength.
Due to the experimental manner of the enhancements, ageing has slowed immensely, and so she is stuck with a fourteen year old's body for several years. She sees Quartz as a father figure and is always trying to impress him. She wants to prove her worth as his apprentice. Another character that Kiri is affiliated with is Everton Tallow. Everton is a regular visitor of Quartz's and often has little squabbles with Kiri. Usually ending in him flinging her away into a neighboring wall. Kiri and Everton both have a sort of rivalry between one another, with Kiri always trying to prove that she has gotten better at rune casting or combat and Everton always proving to her that he is superior in every way. Quartz, Everton and Kiri are very similar to a dysfunctional family.
Personality: Despite her darker past Kiri is a very cheerful person, always trying to make light of a situation and wanting others to be happy. She has a very positive and appreciative outlook on life and will be willing to do anything in her power to protect the weak. Kiri cannot stand to watch others get and because of that heroic trait she can be incredibly reckless at times. She possess a typical semi hostile teenage attitude towards adults and is always trying to prove that she is stronger than she looks. Kiri is also very sensitive about her minute frame, getting angry at all who mention it.
Quartz ErnstBrief Bio: Quartz Ernst, an extremely skilled rune smith, descended from the Ernst lineage (a proud family of Watchers). Despite becoming a Watcher, in compliance to his family’s wishes, Ernst has little interest in the ‘combat aspect’ of his position, as he doesn't like it & he's fairly rubbish at it. Thus, he rarely upholds his responsibilities. Ernst, however, fulfills his duties by providing unique trinkets and weapons for the Watchers.
Quartz is a runesmith and Magic-scientist. For the most part, he is known for his expansive knowledge, collection of texts, and master-level skills in runemaking and the history of magic, which is referred to being one of the largest, if not best, in the magic world.
To a select few, which includes Everton Tallow and Kiri Massiah, know him for the extremely powerful weapons he produces that are forever locked away.
Quartz, if asked, would consider Everton a friend, at least compared to the varying degrees of hate he has for everyone he meets. Quartz shares considerably more secrets than Everton than with the rest of his customers, but most are kept hidden. Everton and Kiri are sometimes experimented on, resulting in rather strange occurances.
His workshop is based in London, and it's location is advertised by Everton in the magical world. The main part of the workshop is open at all times and serves as a home, storefront and storage for some of the less volatile items Quartz creates. However, the workshop also contains an off-limits area, Quartz's aviary, that is protected by a locking & protection rune of his devising. Quartz claims that he will kill anyone who enters the aviary. This is for good reason, as behind the door lays dozens of portals to other dimensions, some of his making, where he tests his weaponry.
Quartz's relationship with Kiri is described in her bio.
Personality: Quartz appears to hold an endearing 'caring grandfather' attitude, which plays well for his customers. This Quartz, while somewhat grumpy, cares a little about those around him. Behind closed doors, and in the presence of Everton & Kiri, Quartz is a slightly fanatical genius devoted to the study of magic-science who will do almost anything to further his knowledge. Behind his aviary's doors, however, Quartz is a sadist, gleefully experimenting without care for pain or morality in a pursuit for and conquering of the unknown.
