Latin America is also a rising power, and is much more friendly to Canada than America under you.

In fact, all of these nations are much more welcoming to Canada than you. I do not want a NAU, and neither does Mexico. ●Leave NAFTA
●Leave NORAD
●Cooperate or integrate with The Commonwealth, the EU, Latin America, Asia, Africa, etc.
●Establish new alliances.
●Eject all American military installations from Canada.
●Maybe stay in NATO, maybe not.
●Increase cooperation with neighbours excluding you.
●Join some sort of union (The EU, the EEA, The Commonwealth Union, Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, The Eurasian Union, or AU (in descending order.)
●Canada joins the European electric standard (like their electrical plugs and such)
●Canada joins a space agency.

And more.
