Plzen wrote:Description of Leader: Rather old. Short silver hair, brown eyes, slightly hunched. Average height and weight. East European skin tone.

Description of Most used Character: Vibrant. Long braided red hair, red-brown eyes. Fairly tall with average weight. Northern European skin tone, lightly tanned.

(yeah, yeah, I can't find photos)

Number of Cars and Vehicles: 90 trucks, some in good condition, most in decent-to-fair condition. Fuel is difficult to come by, so they're only used in emergencies. 15 armoured cars of the 1st Motorised Company. Again, only really used in emergencies.

Views on the Big Three: All three are natural enemies. The International Settlement despises the Masters. Out of the other two, the Settlement will pander to whichever Great Power is willing to concede various items of interest.

I agree to stay dedicated to the RP and will follow all rules. I will let NAI know if I leave and stay respectful: Of course!

Putting it out there I oppose any graphic RP, as I feel it is only written for the author's sick fantasies and not for actual enjoyment. I firmly believe in a PG-13 rule, excluding language.
Cheers mates.

I do to, I just enjoy the growth of characters and the maturity that goes with any character arc. We still must follow NS guidelines, but I am pretty lenient in what I allow.

I draw the line at graphic descriptions of death, especially against children. Let's be honest, unless you're under 13 or it's against your relgion, sex is no biggy, but we have to follow the rules on that.
Cheers mates.

At the end of the day, isn't all Fallout RPing about sick fantasies? I mean, really, this is a world where everyone fucking died, everything was engulfed in nuclear fire, and everyone who's still alive is either a mass murderer, a cannibal, or a horrible, mutated monster. Is that your idea of wholesome, family friendly fun?

With sexual literature I feel the better skill is saying something without actually saying something.

Violence against children, especially in war, that's difficult to write about. I guess you have to walk a line between showing the brutality of war and enjoying their demise.

Ya its one thing if they die in bad ways. But its a whole other when it goes into detail.

Well, it's not always a good thing. Two words: Little Lamplight.

If you've played Fallout 3, you know how fucking obnoxious those assholes are. Literally the first word out of their mouths are death threats, and every single time you talk to them they insult you constantly. The fact that you can't kill children who are literally threatening to kill you is a bit on the obnoxious side.

You know I always think that their immunity is the only reason they were able to live right next to a Super Mutant Vault.

So before we started to talk about morality, who wants to interact with a red-headed Enclave Officer.

I'm afraid if people started to try and contact with General Chuck Jones.

Hmm, how about the Boulder City Bar? Joe would likely be there, and with him Protoman, and a few other scavs.

Why is your entire faction made up of Megaman characters?
