Description of Leader: Rather old. Short silver hair, brown eyes, slightly hunched. Average height and weight. East European skin tone.

Description of Most used Character: Vibrant. Long braided red hair, red-brown eyes. Fairly tall with average weight. Northern European skin tone, lightly tanned.

Number of Cars and Vehicles: 90 trucks, some in good condition, most in decent-to-fair condition. Fuel is difficult to come by, so they're only used in emergencies. 15 armoured cars of the 1st Motorised Company. Again, only really used in emergencies.

Views on the Big Three: All three are natural enemies. The International Settlement despises the Masters. Out of the other two, the Settlement will pander to whichever Great Power is willing to concede various items of interest.
