-You dont attack Morettis properties, as he'd cut off your jet.
-He gives you locations of his enemies property's, for you to go and destroy. I mean you'd destroy them anyway, he just kinda points you in a direction (For example, they want to attack and kill some people, Moretti gives them a map and goes "this place is owned by X and holds loads of Y" Then you go and attack it, stealing the resources. Moretti loses a competitor, you gain meds, or booze, or guns, or slaves)

Or have I just made all this up?

For an EMP to be most effective it needs to blow up in Kansas air space.

Also, Ralnis. Would sir like some Jet? My thought is that as raiders you'd love the stuff, I get you hooked. Basically by controlling your Jet and giving it to you for cheap. Then Moretti can use you like an asset, and avoid your wrath. I.e:-You dont attack Morettis properties, as he'd cut off your jet.

Thoughts?
It also means that he can protect those he feels are allies, like the settlement, basically asking you to avoid attacking them and instead attacking another town (Who happen to be the settlements rivals)
You'd get Jet and a (Silent) Allie, who gives you locations of big scores to hit, we gain raiders willing to kill those we dont like. Win Win. You profit, we Profit. He may even give you free Jet and booze for a job well done.

My guys don't do drugs. My people fight for survival and they don't need chems for it will cause them to become like the Fiends and cripple their knowledge of making cars. Booze will be the same thing. Meds would work even though they can make some off land, guns will be a treasure if they are high-quality/energy weapons. They don't need slaves since they will just be extra mouths to feed.

If your using vertibirds and mini nukes (like the ones the fatman uses, or maybe slightly bigger) There would be no problem. The effect of a ground collision wouldnt go high enough to effect the Vertibird. It it was detonated mid air, it probably would. Basically, if they manage to shoot it before you have a chance to get it clear, it could wipe your Vertibirds out. I doubt they'd be EMP proof, most things arent as they avoid the EMP blasts simply by having it denoted at ground level. In Fallout lore they wouldnt have Anti EMP tech, as EMP's wouldnt really have been a factor. All nukes landed on the ground, they never thought of EMP uses. Also most Technology avoiding EMP effects was invented around this Era. Though fallout has higher tech, it doesnt really have overly complex tech. There would be no function for Anti EMP vertibirds as EMPs weren't a factor to begin with.

So you're telling me all I need to cripple his air force is one really fucking good sniper?

I have an idea. Y'all won't like it, but it's an idea nonetheless. Imma send a detachment up to Nellis, enter through the tunnel, murder a lot of Boomers under the cover of night, and raid the armory. Then I have missile launchers and fat mans.

Genius.
You could also make off with the artillery and use that in the attack on Hoover Dam, or even better, try and get them in range of McCarran to in order to destroy the Enclave Vertibirds while they're still on the ground.
