I got more and better guns some power armor and trained people, I also have somewhat sturdy walls.

Again, we could inflict some casualties but it will be a massacre on my side. I rather try to strike a deal with the Vault. Work for somebody, try to stay alive. Rampaging only does so much before I get gutted.

I will be running into them since I will be moving up north in order to get some resources I need and probably be talking with the Powder Gangers and Vipers.

No, I was thinking about it though as a stronghold and a forward base against the Fiends.

Here is a tentative app, I am bracing myself for the criticism

Faction Name: Gomorrah (though Mr. Don and friends call themselves "The Company")
Musical Theme: Never been my strong suit, suggestions would be appreciated
Leader and Personality: Mr. Don, an out-of-towner who came in a few years back and managed to wrestle control of the organization along with a small group of enforcer. In many ways, Mr. Don like a lot of the old stereotypes of Easterners. He came into the region to make money and is known for being well dressed, smooth talking and in general a good operator.
Most used character and Personality Mr. White, the closet thing Mr. Don has to a second-in-command. Mr. White is Mr. Don's chief enforcer and the leader of the rest of the "color squad" as some call them. He is an older man and tends to deal with most situations calmly, though when the situations calls for it, he can be extremely ruthless.
Locations: New Vegas Strip

• Wealth - 9 - Thanks to the natural attraction of the Casino and Mr. Don's improvements, the entire factions enjoys a steady stream of revenue from people from all over the region. Add in some "alternative revenue streams" that Don has taken an interest in, and you have a great deal of wealth flowing in
• Influence - 5 - Gomorrah has a great deal of pull in the strip, but that quickly fizzles out the further you move away from the Casino.
• Might - 3 - Gomorrah relies a lot more on soft power than hard power to push it's weight around. This means that aside from his group of enforcers, the Gomorrah largely lacks any kind of real muscle to back it up. This is balanced by the skill of Mr. Don's enforcers, but even then, it favors more covert actions than anything else. Though if needed, Mr. Don can call up other allies and mercenaries, their loyalty and capabilities leave a lot to be desired. Ultimately, it is not the type of organization that seeks out straight up fights.
• Popularity - 5 - The casino is a popular enough place to visit and Mr. Don has a lot friends, but ultimately, due to it's reputation and business model, few people are ever openly supportive of it, however, they rarely come out against it either. Instead many take a neutral stance to Gomorrah
• Secrecy - 8 - Few would be surprised at many of dealings of Gomorrah, but Mr. Don does a good job of keeping what exactly the Casino does behind closed doors, behind those doors. Likewise, few are sure of who Mr. Don and the rest of his color squad are with the only things known about them are that they came from the East and are very good at what they do (and no one knows all of what they do either).

Population: ~50 Casino workers, ~30 Enforcers
History: Gomorrah was largely taken over by Mr. Don around 2070. Mr. Don and his cadre of enforcers had arrived a few years before then, but had kept their heads low until they made their move. They made a deal with Mr. House, in exchange for loyalty to him, they would be given a base of operations in the city of their choosing. For reasons only known to him and his enforcers, Mr. Don choose to make Gomorrah their base of operations and worked out a deal to take control of it. In some ways, this was a breath of fresh air for the establishment as it had largely been on the decline for the past fifty years with less revenue and increasingly incompetent, but well connected leaders. In the decade between the present and his seizing of power, Mr. Don has revitalized Gomorrah and even expanded the casino itself and his own reach into other business. Mr. Don is largely unconcerned with the events of surrounding the region, more concerned about making money and spreading his influence.
