Yeah. Although I do have to ask why they broke off from the Hidden Valley one and not during the eastward retreat. Might be better that they're Enclave deserters instead; would be interesting.

Well I was wondering if these different chapter are going to be under the indirect control of Vacif or something, since they technically don't need to have centralized rule I don't.

Like Hidden Valley is the main base, and all these other Chapters kind of answer to that one.

I'm just thinking, wow the Brotherhood must be most inept military organization in the entire Mojave as entire groups to break away and form their own Brotherhood.

Wealth, influence, and might. I don't know how many troops I should have and the like. Wealth, well, I have no idea for that.

Well I mean you can probably have different players play different chapters but all still be part of the Brotherhood.

Elijah only broke away with about 30, and they all did so as betraying the NCR didn't sit well with them, so they went 'screw your Brotherhood, we're gonna start our own!'.

I would say a good three thousand considering Legion has the most and the Enclave has the least.

Wealth is probably low for you considering I don't remember the Master ever mentioning his plan for the local economy.

Use those points for secrecy and use the power of the Nightkin!

Influence and Might are probably 10

You mean they're gonna start the seventeenth Brotherhood?

There's the California Brotherhood, the Capital Wasteland Brotherhood, the Midwestern Brotherhood, the Mojave Wasteland Brotherhood, and now the Sierra Madre Brotherhood. There's gonna be a Brotherhood for all fifty US states at this rate.

I'd think that super mutants would be far better troops than Legionnaries.

The Legion has most troops, not the best trained troops.

It's always been a plot hole for Fallout games, considering that the Brotherhood (usually) hates outsiders and stick to themselves yet they're everywhere.

Mostly because people are like 'hey, let's call ourselves the Brotherhood of Steel cuz we have power armour' and then become a Chapter once they contact the High Elder.

Or..or... the developers wanted to have a faction that the players already liked.

Well. Then, seeing as I am the successor to the NCR, alliance?

I've never liked the Brotherhood of Steel; as a matter of fact, I took great pleasure in nuking their headquarters at the end of Broken Steel, in Fallout 3. I think they're a bunch of arrogant, self-righteous, glorified raiders. House put it excellently; they're a terrorist organization, which has no qualms about murdering and robbing people to achieve their misguided goal of hoarding all the technology for themselves. Frankly, I think the Brotherhood of Steel is just another raider organization, one that has absolutely no redeeming qualities; I'm always happy to wipe them out.

Well Nightkin are the Master's elite so probably Nightkin. But the Super Mutant doesn't really rely on training and rather brute force.

Yeah. Although I do have to ask why they broke off from the Hidden Valley one and not during the eastward retreat. Might be better that they're Enclave deserters instead; would be interesting.

Edit: Unless they're like a seperate chapter under Hidden Valley's High Elder.

I'm not saying their everyone's favorite but they are Fallout's most prolific faction. In the Fallout 3 and others I don't wish to speak about they are without a doubt the good guys.

But ya, I didn't like them either. I didn't care for their morals and hated them more when I was forced to join them.
