FRE, where do you get your Booze from? Would it be possible to either A) Have a confrontation with you about not buying booze from us or B) Hating each other but acting respectful and buying booze from us?

Im thinking our 2 orgs work in the same way They do in the Godfather, we hate each other but our leaders are always respectful to one another, sometimes having meetings/meals.

Inoperational. Elijah wasn't there to do most of the repairs to Helios One, and his interest in it was why the Brotherhood stuck around so long.

You have got a bunch of footpaths leading out of the Valley to elsewhere though, and I believe it might be possible to move between Helios and the Valley using them.

And? Just because they control Nellis doesn't mean others can't send patrols into the area.

Besides, I can just shell them to think that the Boomers are still around. One of the things that would be a dead giveaway is that I attack them.

Faction Name: Vault 11 Outpost.
Leader and Personality: Colonel Matthias Edwards was born into the Enclave, supposedly the child of two Vault Dwellers, and thereby a pure human. He was raised by his parents, kept out of the indoctrinating influence of the Enclave as much as he could be, but still subjected to the vigorous indoctrinating influence of radio and schooling, and eventually the constant, personality eroding, soul crushing military training of the Enclave. He may not have been as Zealous as his brother soldiers, but he made up for it in efficiency. He killed quickly, he killed harshly and he did so as orderred, to any onlooker, the perfect soldier. He rose through the ranks in a short time, becoming Colonel and being placed in charge of his own small company of soldiers. He led them through the wasteland, some within a command Vertibird, most on foot, on orders to find a vault, and a Vault they found. An empty Vault. On the long journey through the Mojave, Matthias was exposed to more culture than he had ever been before, and something changed in him, breaking him from the indoctrination of the Enclave. He managed to convince his men of his point of view, only a few resisting in an armed manner. After that, the Vault was his. Freedom.
Most used character and Personality See Above
Locations: Vault 11.
WIMPS
    [8]Wealth
The Vault had an abundance of supplies, food, medicine and due to it's closed status until Matthias' arrival, water, as it's water chip remained intact.

    [2]Influence
The Vault is unheard of in the Mojave, closed until just years ago, and with no-one having left. The expedition is absent from the Enclave, responding to Comms as if nothing of note had occured, but only when directly asked to report.

    [9]Might
The Soldiers are armed in Enclavian style, the command squad armed with Tesla armour and either miniguns or Gatling Lasers. Several robots were brought with them on the trip, sentry bots and Mr.Gutsy units. The Sacrificial chamber nearly eluded them, the sentry bots within destroyed when they attempted to fire on the soldiers dismantling them. The turrets were dismantled and set up at the entrance alongside most of the Enclave sentry bots. Their equipment is some of the best in the wasteland, their training likewise.

    [5]Popularity
The Vault is unheard of. No-one knows about them, so no-one likes/dislikes them.

    [6]Secrecy
They are, as previously stated, unheard of. Outside of the Officers above them, they are completely, though they make little attempt to hide themselves from the locals, their Vertibird stored next to the Vault in the open, unable to be stashed anywhere.

Source of Income: Trading Vault Merchandise with the 188 trade Post.
Population: 40 Enclave MK.2 Advanced Power Armoured Soldiers, 5 Tesla Armoured Command Personnel, 1 Comms Officer, 2 Vertibird Pilots, 4 Armoured Medics, Colonel Edwards, Wearing Tesla Armour and wielding a Tesla Cannon, A Ripper and a Plasma Rifle.
History: Colonel Matthias Edwards was born to two Vault Dwellers taken by the Enclave, kept as far from indoctrination as his parents could keep him until his recruitment into the Enclave's Military. He did not fight zealously, simply incredibly effectively. He went through the grueling training of the Enclave relatively without complaint, spending his spare time training or talking to as many different people as possible. His social nature and effectiveness allowed him to rise through the ranks very quickly, becoming Colonel in a remarkably short time, and being placed in charge of a small expedition to the Mojave in search of unopened Vaults.

He chose to Traverse the Mojave in foot alongside his Command squad, Comms officer and most of the men. The men travelling with him had the oppurtunity to be exposed to Mojave culture, and while under a tolerant officer. The men had mostly been plucked from the same Vaults, and a quiet, solemn vow was made. That they were no longer submitting to the grueling misery of the Enclave. They approached the Vault after several weeks of walking, quietly skirting around major settlements on the way. They openned up the door with the small control pannel, useing a passcode distributed by the Enclave. They searched within, finding no-one alive. The posters were torn down and the Vault was cleaned out, rubble piled besides the doorway, and hung from just above in a small latticework of rope, to be dropped on any attackers. Crude, but functional. They waited a day or so, solidifying their position before radioing in for the Vertibird. Once the Vertibird arrived, the crew within were offered the Freedom of the other troops. All but the pilot refused, causing a brief firefight in which one side had three men wounded, and one side to lose it's men entirely. The pilots were given pardons, being the only ''Civilians'' present, and the Vertibird was stowed away closer to the wall, somewhere with a slight cover from view.

They moved into the Vault and began dismantling the unneccesary facilities, rebuilding the bedrooms into more efficient barrack like areas, collecting the posters as fuel and setting up some small farming plots just outside. They repurposed the turrets in the Sacrificial chamber, and cleaned up the mechanisms around the Vault. The Soldiers began adjusting to a more Casual lifestyle, cleaning up some clothing to wear outside of their armour, gradually getting used to reffering to each other by name rather than rank. Squads stuck together, sharing barrack rooms most of the time, though some switching did occur. They looked toward the nearby trading post, hope anew in their eyes, eager to live in freedom, in relative peace, if only for a time.

Goals: Repair and fully clean the Vault, have it ready to repulse attackers of any kind

Yeah. Although I do have to ask why they broke off from the Hidden Valley one and not during the eastward retreat. Might be better that they're Enclave deserters instead; would be interesting.

Edit: Unless they're like a seperate chapter under Hidden Valley's High Elder.

The White Glove Society is all about prestige; they would only sell top name products. They'd either make their own liquor, or buy it from the most reputable, famous alcohol producers in Vegas. Either way, they certainly wouldn't buy cheap booze from the mafia.
