Brief History:
The Kingdom of Mzult has existed since the first Dwarves founded the underground metropolis known as Mzult. Once Mzult was founded, the Dwarves of Mzult started to spread underground, running into other Dwarven cities. Eventually, after what was known as the Under Wars, every city that was connected by these tunnels merged into the Kingdom of Mzult. The humans of the plains bellow the mountains slowly learned of the Kingdom of Mzult, and of the treasures the kingdom had, so they went to war. The war soon reached a stalemate, and a peace deal was negotiate. The Kingdom of Mzult would share their treasure only if the Humans joined the Kingdom of Mzult, and so they did. After a few years, a wise king wrote the most important proclaimation of the Kingdom of Mzult. It declared that Mzult would remain neutral in any conflict, even if they where attacked. If any tried to pass through the Kingdoms land than they would be slaughtered. This was the wise kings response to the Federian Alliance. This wise king was Numac the wise (the first).
Geographical area and key features:
They live in between The Grand Tempest and The Federian Alliance. The Dwarven cities are interconnected. Will add locations if accepted.

The Mountian Area (and some flat land) between The Grand Tempest and the The Federian Alliance
Other details:
The Kingdom of Mzult is like Switzerland... they are neutral, but will fuck up anyone that enters their land with out permission. There army is as advance as the Federian Alliance, but is only used to defend, not to attack. They are a monarchy and as such the king has total administrative and military rule. Unlike most nations though, they accept the beliefs and cultures of others. They are often a place for refugees to flee to.

I haven't checked the size of the claim, but I trust you to manage that fine as designated cartographer Accepted. Could be interesting to see what they do.

Also, I'm thinking some really cool ass swords and shit comes from the Arkahnate, with metalworking being a literally god given gift. So, y'know, if you want some cool ass swords or armor or something, there's trade caravans in a lot of places to talk with.

You should send some of those trade caravans towards a certain cult in a certain valley in a certain forest

Marehanet and her generals arrived at the boundaries of the city. Noting that they were probably late, they hurried throughout to reach the palace where they were to meet the other foreign dignitaries. The ship was docked, any appropriate fees paid, and they came through, one of the generals (both of whom were humans) bearing a pot filled with the most delicious of wines from Khena'en. Rushing through a city is about as difficult as one might expect, though the Qenam managed to do so without dropping their precious pot of wine. It was, of course, intended to be their gift to their host, and so it held even greater priority than it normally would.

Given about half an hour, they finally oriented themselves and arrived at the palace. Marehanet was flanked by her two (right) generals (left). Approaching the palace, Marehanet sighed in both relief and anxiety, before stepping up to approach the king (if and when allowed) and doing something of a bow before him, the general holding the pot approaching him and offering the wine as "Shai", which any translator would tell you means 'Gift' or 'Tribute', the two differing words strangely clunked together in the Qenam language, though it was one of several words for gift they had, each with differing connotation. This one was simply the word used for a gift to a king, and so 'tribute' made a little bit more sense.

I stated I kept it short for convenience and a bit of rushing, and that they'd probably increase in quality further into the rp.
