They strike me as being rather OP (Am I being a bit harsh on you today? Seriously guys, tell me if you think I should let Jorl do this stuff and I'll reconsider my normal cruel-overbearing-OP stance) - the fact that they are all entirely loyal to Marus and have all these associated powers may be a bit excessive. Top onto that that Dragons are meant to be super-powerful (the age thing being a big deal with them and their riders and similarly rare, even among Gods.

These would be under powered. not many of them use the fire magic prowess, only a few can fly, id start out with only like 6, and the loyalty only thing can be bypassed if another god got hold of the spell and used it to create his own race of Draconian. they would be rare as it would take a long time for a significant population to grow, and even then with only five i wouldn't even have all the variants to begin with.

And, since the Troupe and Concert have Ashur as one of their favoured gods, they wouldn't hunt his Elysian Hunters if he would be displeased by it. Any organizations, however, are judged by what they get up to in the mortal realm, regardless of who watches over them. If Elysian Hunters are exclusive to the Black Hand, they won't be hunted for sport, but may be considered enemies anyway.

Iunno. The Concert probably wouldn't give a damn about the Black Hand, but the Troupe would.

The Troupe is a secret club for influential rich folk. They don't really start wars so much, and have a strong preference for politics and economics. They only assassinate each other, too, so. >,> I'm mostly thinking that the Troupe and the Black Hand would run afoul of each other every now and then, but they wouldn't even partake in a conflict, unless the Black Hand started assassinating all of them.
