Only problem with that is that he kind of didn't succeed and also died before he could really do some of the effective management decisions necessary to stop the crap storm that resulted...

Which is why I'm avoiding the pantheon system for a while until I have gotten to a more comfortable position. It's also why Caelum isn't going to die this time...

Agreed, it gives one player power over the others. If there is one, I believe he/she should be controlled by Bentus.

Feel free to contact me about any fantasy, sci-fi, or otherwise futuristic RPs, especially those involving aliens or other non-humans, especially if it is an original universe/idea. I also enjoy Mass Effect, Fallout, Elder Scrolls, and many other things that transit to roleplays.

I've developed a spot in my heart for Caelum, he actually cares. But, Ashur may call upon Caelum to fight Korak

Yeah, there isn't anybody like that this time around ;) Hence the hasty Pantheon and Alliance forming going on to try and establish order. So far a Chaos and a Balance Pantheon have started taking shape, although there hasn't been any movement on an outright 'good' one yet. You could perhaps have Ashur try to organise something?

I see your point, there is potential for some OP-ness with it - but I'm thinking that, with the Pantheon system, a 'Cheif' God is only powerful due to their Pantheon as back up. Also, they technically only wield additional power over those within their own Pantheon (i.e. able to evict, accept others and stuff like that).

I would be alright with such an idea, though do bear in mind that this is a game and a story. Objective of it all is to have fun. Which is why I'm currently banging my head against a warlike NPC nation with a 14-year old star elf. Great times. XD

its going to be Korak Marú or Jileli for the bad one most likely Marús or Jileli, for the neutral balance one i have no clue, and the last one is probably no one as the orderly gods haven't organized together yet, which is ironic.

You may be barking up the wrong tree with Void - his goal in life is to destroy everything, himself included.

How ironic would it be if it's Jileli who ends up putting a stop to Korak's rampage? Using her rather persuassive nature to convince him from killing all her precious little cattle-people? Not saying that she will, just that it'd be pretty ironic :3

While the other Ichor can't see what's on the island, let's be honest, would any of them have any doubts what Void would be hiding under a thick mist meant to cloud their vision? :P Not like they'd eventually journey there to see what he's been obscuring all this time and expect him to turn around and go "Surprise! It's NOTHING!" ;)

Well it would be dangerous for them to take a look.... considering the mist is an extension of Void and will protect the Mahlaan no matter what. So if a Ichor enters the mist, they'll likely pop out where they entered. (Void is a Troll)

I now have this idea of Caelum flying into the mist and then popping back out, with a confused expression, only to smile and fly back in repeatedly as if the mist was a giant toy to him, giggling as he did so.

And somehow this doesn't seem too out of character for him...
