I am not really going to be an active member of this alliance. I'll be more of a trade partner that leans into more affiliated markets. This will also start my rise of a navy though it will take me sometime to build anything as a standard blue-water since I have recently just became like so.

They're not very powerful in the military. I'm currently supplying their military with up to date equipment though.
