I was thinking, and the Wind Horse Khanate has way too big of a population. Even with immigration, it really shouldnt be breaking 100 million, perhaps not even 50 million. Any way I could get you to lower it a bit?

I would say around 48-52 million with a more professional army that would be around but it would be shorter than Norissa.

Economic Strength: China is doing okay, industrialization is really starting to take speed, however the country is mainly agrarian. China has adopted a much more lenient policy on trade that has enabled for the country's wealth to grow, regardless trade is still heavily monitored.
Infrastructure: Pretty good. There are roads, and rails. On par with the rest of the world basically.
Scientific Research and Development: Most research that takes place is for the reverse engineering of foreign weapons and ships so it can be made locally. There's not much really. China lost it's innovative touch to the plague.
Primary Goals:
-Beat down any who harasses me.
-Continue economic growth and advance to become a recognized global power.
History: Basically the Song court along with soldiers and craftsmen fled China to the Philippines believing that their homeland was cursed due to the much higher morality and infection rate. The Song fled to the Ma-I Kingdom where a small Chinese minority already lived due to the centuries of trade these two kingdoms had. The local kingdom, Ma-i, accepted the Song Emperor and his people into his kingdom as subjects of his. This did not sit well with the Emperor who days later orchestrated a coup against the King of the Island. The island of Mindoro was quickly overrun by Chinese troops and it was declared the New China. After Mindoro was fully established as the new home of the Emperor and all rebellions had been quelled, further emperors began to island hop and expand Song State to where it's now at. The Song fell in 1685 to to the Min Dynasty which lasted to 1852. During this era China became isolationist following an outbreak of the plague in the capital, it was believed that the plague came from the merchants. The isolationist policy made China severely backwards, even to the extent where the old Mandarin Chinese was lost to a new dialect. The Min where then disposed by the Jaun Dynasty, a Chinese-Native family. The Jaun once again opened up the nation's ports and began to modernize the country to where they are today.
