How easy is it to spot spiritkin? Like is it common knowledge that someone is of that race or is it more of a hidden trait?

Maybe just add the stairway part at the end, sorta like where you'd put things like, "Has a cold", etc...

Common knowledge, but not common. Their skin is much more pale then most, and have very beautiful figures. Much more pretty then humans, but also much more frail.
