to start with, yes. If you level up, you can add some points to those.

I'll work on mine tomorrow. Last D&D character I made was a half-elf monk, he was fun, but it took me 3 days. Before that, it was a dragonborn fighter. He was such a pirating stereotype, he was ready in 2 sessions of world-building with friends. But this... I want to make it real good. So I'll probably end up taking my sweet time on it.
