What do you guys think about a story made up out of mini-adventures with every mini-adventure 3 to 4 pages long, excluding treaure and monster stat appendix? With the entire story together being roughly 30 pages long (again excluding monster stat appendixes and loot/exp pages)?
Sorry, no experience from me here.
NP ^^ Comparing it to official stories it sounds a bit on the long side for the time I weekly spend with my group, but having more material than you have time is a good thing, it's easier to skip things than invent thrilling things to forcably lengthen things.
So I think I'm fine but this is the first time I write my own story (making it to celebrate halloween) and I'm always scared I messed things up and that people won't like it because of it being to short or not being engaging enough. Damn this fear of failure, curse it to the nine hells.
