Exactly like the picture, down to the fuzzy and unclear edges.

Species: Multiversal Entity

Backstory:
Oblivion. Noun. The condition or quality of being completely forgotten.

Nothing is ever truly forgotten. Even the smallest action, the most insignificant ant, leaves an effect on the Universe, moving molecules for its existence. Thus, there was no true Oblivion.

Then entities beyond the comprehension of mere Man decided to meddle. Some were wiped from existence. However, they were still remembered. Thus, there was no true Oblivion.

All it took was one. A single forgotten creature, born of power immaterial, ageless and mighty beyond reason. Its essence lived on so long as a single fragment of memory of its existence did. So the being known as the Living Tribunal, hand of the Presence and the One Above All, wiped it from history, altering the very timestream to have never created this ancient beast of evil.

Thus, there was true Oblivion. And True Oblivion was born.

Its first steps were tentative. Careful, hidden away, deep in the Multiverse. Its very existence, however paradoxical, would nonetheless inevitably attract the attention of those far more powerful than itself. So it decided to mark off a Universe for itself- a Universe for it to grow, to learn the limits and capabilities of its abilities. The best way to block a Universe away from all others, it found, was to change some significant thing, make it unique, and then prevent it from duplicating. So Oblivion reached into the world it had chosen, and used its power to will a single woman to say a single sentence differently.

No More Heroes

Secreted away in this walled off Universe, it has slowly gained power, training itself in the way of True Oblivion. Many years passed, and it finally found itself strong enough to take its place as an Omniversal constant- Or so it believed. Upon leaving the world it had locked away, it found itself once again at its lowest power form- In its rage, it returned to the world of No More Heroes, and began wreaking havoc.

Powers and Abilities:
Temporal Erasure: The ability to completely erase someone from the timeline. Must first kill the person.
Memory Erasure: Expends a great amount of ability
Erasure Immunity: Immune to the erasure abilities of nearly all Cosmic+ entities
Irreversible Destruction: When True Oblivion destroys something, it never existed, and was never imagined- How can you reverse that which never happened?
Absolute Immortality: The moment True Oblivion came into existence in the Multiverse, so did the so-named entity.
Nonexistence: Limited.
Universe Destruction: After 200 uninterrupted years of gathering power in a Universe.

Weaknesses:
Existence: As the embodiment of True Oblivion, all forms of energy manipulations are able to harm it and draw away the power it has gathered. This includes kinetic energy, also known as fists.
"Oblivion": The Universal Constant that already has the name Oblivion is easily able to save things from True Oblivion by temporarily destroying them- That which doesn't exist, but is still remembered, may be remade, and cannot be affected by True Oblivion's powers.
Death: If his physical body is killed, he must reform in either the space between Universes or a Universe he has already destroyed. It also disperses all the energy he has gathered in a Universe.
Immaterial Form: Though his form can be interacted with physically, it is immaterial enough to have energy constantly escaping him. He cannot break his concentration from gathering energy, lest he begin to slowly lose it.


Destructive Capacity: Potentially Universal [Generally Stellar]

Speed: FTL (x1,000,000,000,000+)

Durability: Potentially Universal [Generally Solar System]

Lifting Strength: Immeasurable

Striking Strength: Potentially Galactic [Generally XJ]

Energy Projection Potentially Infinite [Generally Planetary]

Intelligence: Celestial Being

Weaknesses: Bad weather conditions and winter. Milk gives him diarrhea

Destructive Capacity: He can break a twig, assuming the twig is dry and already close to breaking.

Speed: The little bugger can run up to 19km/h according to the RPM gauge on his little wheel.

Durability: Don't step on him I will kill you!

Lifting Strength: He can push around a tennis ball and he likes it.

Striking Strength: As much as you need to push a tennis ball.

Energy Projection Hedgehog level?

Intelligence: He knows a bell means dinner time.
