I read a Marvel comic like this once... don't remember what it was called, but there was Venom, and Spider-Man, and Medusa, and Gravity, and... um... some guy in a red cloak... and the Wasp, and Ant-Man... and other people.

I was in an rp like this before on another account. It was Disney themed, and ended with Donald Duck (played by me) and Anakin Skywalker as the victors.

Following the Chinese Stock Market Crash of 2028, the world's economy took a turn, or rather, a plunge, for the worse, as entire economies would collapse and conflicts would bloom. The United States, the unrivaled superpower since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, itself, experienced internal unrest and even rebellion, as riots erupted in various cities - Washington D.C, New York City, Philadelphia. China, following the crash, would ultimately collapse into a Second Chinese Civil War, as pro-democracy militias clashed with the vastly weakened government. This would spark a chain of events, as the instability spread to Southeast Asia. Tensions brewed between Pakistan and India, and border clashes soon erupted. In the Middle East, the ISIS insurgency had been crushed, but at great cost to the nations fighting it, and are currently working to pick up the pieces. In Europe, the sudden unrest in America has prompted several countries to form their own organization, as NATO became defunct and Russia became increasingly more aggressive, despite its own troubles regarding the Crash, known as the European Alliance. Globally, trade would decline by a massive amount, as economic growth sputtered out and oftentimes stopped completely. U.S. military assets and troops were withdrawn from other countries, as the US would turn to the radical wings of both parties as the answer to both their economic and political troubles.

Power: Darkness Solidification; able to turn darkness and shadows into solid objects at will, although it has its limitations.

Born in a small town in the state of New York, William had a relatively normal family; growing up, he had a relatively normal childhood, and was, for the most part, unfazed and uninterested by the events that were happening in the world. He received good grades - mostly Bs, with the occasional A here and there - and had a decent social life; William was never one of the popular kids, but he wasn't exactly lonely either. His family, while not extremely wealthy, weren't poor either, and had decent jobs which allowed them to pay for their bills and taxes, all while having enough to buy for their other needs. He was a normal teenager in a quiet, peaceful town.

Things changed with the Stock Market Crash in China; the atmosphere changed, as prices skyrocketed. Millions found themselves out of jobs. Inflation began to take hold. In the town, everyone was affected, as grocery shelves became empty, the police struggled to contain rising levels of crime, and entire families found themselves out of jobs and unable to pay. While William's parents were fortunate enough to not lose their jobs in the Crash, they still faced financial troubles, as wages were cut, taxes raised, and a general feeling of hopelessness and despair settled over the town like a blanket. The unrest was experienced in the town, as violent crimes were more common and the small police department struggled to contain it. William felt the effects of the Crash, as food became more scarce and their family had to start rationing food in the household. Nearly everything was in short supply. While he tried to go on about his life with these new sudden changes in mind, it was still hard to adjust. William could often hear his parents discussing the financial and economic troubles the country was facing, as well as events - both in the country and the world...

One day, William was found missing from his bedroom; the windows and the door were locked, and this would only serve to baffle police and the investigation reached a standstill. There was no evidence to signify a potential kidnapping nor was there much to say that he had somehow ran away from home; it was a mystery, and while his parents mourned at his loss, and urged the police to find the cause of his disappearance, nothing could be done and the investigation was soon overshadowed by the rising crime rates in the town and the unrest the country was experiencing in its cities.

Well yes and no. They will be speaking their native language, but others hear it as theirs. For example a french man speaks french to a Indian, the Indian hears the french man speaking Hindi, while the French man will hear the Indian speaking French.

Time Isolation - Chrono is capable of isolating time streams of others and himself. In doing so he can slow them down or speed them up. For example, he can isolate his time stream, speed it up, making it appear as if he has superspeed, but without creating a sound. Or he can slow time streams, an example is if an ally was bleeding out, he can slow the time stream to make it as if the bleeding has stopped, giving the victim a much greater chance of survival
