He wears a space suit geared for close quarter combat, and it is mostly useful against projectiles, and is able to deflect even laser blasts, however it is very weak to edged objects. For example, an axe can cut very easily through any part of the armor except directly through the chestplate.
Appearance:
Bio: A member of the elite Rosen Ritter regiment of the Free Planets Alliance Star Fleet, he is an infantry commander in a time where most battles are decided by huge spaceships firing at a range of over a million kilometers away from eachother. Despite all of that, he was very apt in boarding, and has been responsible for leading his Rosen Ritter regiment to victory in various operations, with minimal casualties on their side. The Rosen Ritter regiment is formed mostly by Germanic refugees of the Galactic Empire, and serves as a counterforce for the Imperial Panzergrenadiers, and not only became very effective at holding them back, they became much better in skills and capabilities, although somewhat rebellious and unreliable. Out of 14 commanders, nearly half of them deserted or mutinied, and Walter's loyalities are constantly put in doubt, but he follows those he deems worthy, such as Admiral Yang Wen-li. Being very capable in close quarters combat with an axe, he is also well trained in knife-fighting, and assassination methods such as poison dart throwing and ambushes. He's also very much a womanizer, and can be easily swayed by a pretty face with pretty words, although in a combat atmosphere he has been known to murder women that appear to be a threat, even sometimes causing civilian casualties.
