I don't see how it could be operationally capable, considering it would take at least 200 years just to get to Alpha Centauri, unless your going light speed, which would be like four, which would be like bullshit, which would be like mega bullshit because your playing as the Netherlands, and expecting to be allowed to have something the "superpowers" of this RP don't.
