They are highly Imperialist and use magic to develop weaponry, as well as their entire race mostly knowing even minor magic. They also have increased speed, intelligence, and stamina. But they lack much natural brute strength, and are very arrogant.

They have been disunited kingdoms except fir three dynasties(Xin-Yue is the third), and only 35 years ago did Xin-Yue rise to power and unite them. They have been very feudal most their history, and fought viciously with their neighbors, bringing their Asian Feudalism with them.
The last two dynasties, Sheng-Bei and Yao-Jin, were quite powerful. Sheng Bei rose 970 years BX(Before Xin-Yue) and united the kingdoms in the southern and central peninsula. It didn't expand much, but Xin-Yue Culture, Magic, Magitech, and Technology flourished, and their influence and race spread far and wide to the north, west, east, and even the southern islands.
In 567BX, the empire collapsed after the king died heirless.
In 185 BX, Yao-Jin rose and reunited the empire. It rapidly conquered the north, east, and west, and created a vast empire that lasted for 52 years with Xin-Yue people enjoying a brief second golden age, but it collapsed after a military coup divided the empire.
Then, in 0BX, 35 years before present, King Liao Xin founded the Yue Dynasty, but, it was named Xin-Yue to distinguish itself as multiple states claimed that name before.
He reunited about a quarter of the old empire, and had claimed the culture will thrive and the land will become unified, and Xin-Yue will usher in a third age of glory.
Xin-Yue belief system is a mix of Japanese Bushido, Chinese Confucianism, and Indian Buddhism and instead seeks harmony with Dragons, a somewhat domesticated animal throughout the empire, and perfecting self, while it's pantheon of gods are secondary and encourage those beliefs.

Description of your people: Tall, pointed ears, wear green-stained leather jerkins and brown leather boots. Blond long hair. Majestic green and cold grey eyes are common. All carry a knife or a spear, just in case.
Unicorns are good friends of Lórienites, usually permitting rides. They are not mere steeds, however, they use telepathy to communicate with the elves.
Dire Wolves are the wolf version of unicorns- larger, more dignified wolves commonly used as pets and war steeds.
Culture:Everyone is treated equally, although quarrels with the Beastmen cause them to be deported when seen. Massive seafaring nation, depends on trade and sailing. Best resources are stone, livestock, wood. Most population is condensed into cities, which have narrow winding streets and tall buildings. The markets fill the alleys and often dancers, beggars and prostitutes appear in ports to make money off of charitable sailors. A lively nation. They are very diplomatic, but are quick to war if offended. Very just people. Don't screw with them

Description of your people: Humans that have somehow evolved to be larger than normal human beings. They are much stronger and larger than any of their kind. The odd part about them is that they are a peace loving people. Gentile Giants if you will. Their appearance is Germanic. What sets them apart is that they believe in nothing. They believe that nothing came from nothing and nothing can cause nothing.
Culture: As stated, they are very peaceful. They mostly keep to themselves. As they believe in nothing, they mostly spend their days exploring the different aspects of their planet. On Earth they would be called a scientific group. They emerged over 300 years ago when the first "Gargantuites" as they were called, began appearing in the other Human tribes. Eventually they grouped together and formed Asonia, a democracy where no one is control and everyone is at the same time.

After Rana left Coman, he trusted that the kings of the land could find peace, but they didn't, and they caused some of the harshest crusades in history. People believe when the Kings and their supporters died, they were sent to purgatory, to wait for entrance into heaven. Now, it is commonly believed that if you sin, or do bad things, you would be sent to purgatory until you have gained forgiveness from Rana.
