Shaking the Heavens and the Earth!
Ludwig VS The Dark Magus
天地ゆるがす!
ルートヴィヒ VS 闇の魔法使い
Part V

Perfect Soundtrack :]

As a horrifying, putrid wind rampaged through the wicked, molten world, blowing thick clouds of ash all over the place, the two adversaries stood facing each other directly, each one awaiting the move of the other. Below, as the ground burst open and spewed out lava into the air like water from a geyser, the Dark Magus chuckled maniacally behind his mask, his fists clenched so tightly that his fingernails cut into his hands.

"Father Christmas!" called Ludwig. "You don't have to go down this path! Come back to the light!"

"You are a coward!" retaliated the Magus mockingly. "You are afraid of fighting me, are you not?"

"Don't make me do this", pleaded the Spirit.

"Screw that", said the Magus, laughing as he reached both his arms out in a crucifix position, holding the corrupted Pestilence in his left hand and pulling out a black energy sword with his right hand. Ludwig winced agonisingly and created a gigantic ball of blue fire in the air, before pulling a large, holy Zweihänder from the fire and whirling it around, standing upright and awaiting the inevitable pounce of the dark adversary who stood across him on the other cliff.

With a grunt, the Dark Magus propelled himself off the edge of the cliff, flying across the ashen air and heading straight for the Spirit, who brought his Zweihänder down on the Magus' two black swords and kicked him aside, causing him to roll across the ground and stop a few paces away from Ludwig. As the Spirit headed towards him, the former Tenshi stood up again, swinging both his swords and deflecting the fiery broadsword of Ludwig, sending a shower of sparks flying all around. The two reeled backwards briefly, before lunging forward again and sparring with each other at a rapid fire pace. The sparks that flew around reignited the ashes in the air, causing a ring of fire to form around the two belligerents. Eventually, both struck each others' swords so hard that a gigantic burst of energy crackled from the middle of the ring of fire, sending both reeling backwards nearly out of the ring. The fires around them burst outwards and died down.

"This will end here, Ludwig", snarled the Dark Magus. He seized his mask with his clawed hands and pulled it off his face, revealing his shrivelled, corrupted countenance, eyes bloodshot and baggy, pupils dilated, and forehead furrowed and veiny. Though the voice was largely the same, the face didn't match what used to be known as Father Christmas. "The old Balance shall be toppled and cast into the dark fires of the Rule of Maju's Empire. You shall be the first to go!" The thing snarled and revealed a set of rotten, chipped teeth, saliva dribbling from the gaps in between.

Ludwig winced at the horrifyingly demonic sight before him, before drawing another Zweihänder from his fiery phoenix essence and whirling it about furiously, creating a circle of light in the air. The Magus snarled back, whirling his own black blade and stepping closer and closer. The two completely contrasting circles began to whirr viciously in the ashen atmosphere. They inched closer and closer together, until finally, they came into contact, and a scream rang through the entire dimension.

"Flame of the Divine!"

"160 Black Arms!"

...

As the figure of the Dark Magus rolled down the hill and stopped upon crashing into a large boulder at the bottom, its arms and legs severed at their joints, Ludwig slowly walked down the hill, his face contorted in anger and despair.

"Why did you have to do this?" he screamed at the mutilated figure of what used to be Father Christmas, lying on the ashen ground. "Why did you allow the darkness to consume you???"

"Shut up!!!" the Magus screamed back, attempting to stand up on his stumps.

Ludwig nearly broke down into tears, but managed to get hold of himself. As the former Tenshi continued to writhe in agony, the Spirit of the Hotel raised his hand and pointed his open palm at the crumpled heap before him. Slowly, a white light began to emanate from his palm, before it entered the body of the Dark Magus, eliciting a scream from the unholy being.

"This is the most I can do to save you, Father Christmas", said Ludwig forlornly.

The moment the white light died down, the screaming stopped too. Though the maimed Dark Magus continued to writhe on the ground, beside him had appeared a small, silvery jewel, iridescent and like an opal in its hue. The holy light given off by the jewel seemed to light up the otherwise dark surroundings, seemingly causing the Magus to make a feeble attempt to back away in fear and in pain. Without hesitation, Ludwig bent down and picked up the jewel, caressing it and kissing it gently, before turning around, creating a portal to the Hotel, and stepping through, leaving the Magus behind on the dark planet.

The Japanese Restaurant

"The Multiverse isn't infinite, though it might as well be to the vast majority of its inhabitants", said Master Lam, emptying his cup and refilling it. "There are different ways of ruling such enormous chunks of land; protectorates, colony systems, proxy governments, feudal systems... the possibilities are endless. There's nothing inherently wrong with what Elizabeth suggests, but no doubt, there'd be many people who'd oppose such methods of nation building."

---

Steiner glanced over at Tandem and gazed intently into the Alveranian's eyes with his fiery, hazel irises, still twirling the hair on the side of his head.

"We could do that, I suppose", he said. "But first, I think Master Wong would like a bit of an explanation." Turning to face the Grandmaster, Steiner smiled faintly, before changing his sitting position. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Master Wong", he said. "I'm the one who requires your services. Would you be comfortable in following us to Chphlyggnu?"

"No need", came the Master's reply. "We can do it right here, if you want. What do you need to be separated from your body?"

"Nepharite blood."

"No problem", said Wong, laying out his pins and his other equipment on a table. "We can do it here if you want, though it's a bit of a tricky procedure, since Nepharite blood is sentient. Are there, by any chance, any mages familiar in sedation magic here?"

Steiner glanced over at the Moon Sisters.

"I'm familiar with those tactics, I came from a country that once hand an empire that almost ruled the world after all." Elizabeth replied back to the grandmaster about the different tactics to control different universes. Soon Steiner began to talk with the other grandmaster to remove the blood. "I wish to help out in a small way, but of course I would need some help." Elizabeth turn to the Moon Sisters.

They focus on X first and soon they chanted in the same Celticish language of theirs and soon the white haired boy was hit by the sleep spell. Selene grabbed the boy and gently lay him down. "So now what do we do that our devil boy is now in dream land?" Elizabeth asked.

Upon the Moon Sisters' preparation for the spell, Steiner hopped over to one of the tables, before unbuttoning his pyjama shirt and lying down prone. In an instant, he fell into a deep sleep, letting out an occasional snore. After Selene helped to lay him on his belly, Master Wong dragged a chair over to the table and sat cross legged, before carefully inspecting the boy's back.

"Seems okay to me. The only problem we have here is that he's a little bit underweight, which may or may not affect my final results. Nevertheless, it should still be pretty easy to carry out this procedure."

With that, Wong beckoned to the Moon Sisters and Elizabeth to come closer and maintain their spells, before raising the first needle and driving it into a point near Steiner's backbone. The boy didn't flinch, considering the fact that he was fast asleep. Wong shifted his chair over to the boy's head, brushing his white hair away from his eyes and peeling one of Steiner's eyelids open. He inspected the iris, before going back to his spot at the boy's torso and lifting another needle, before sticking it in a point just a few centimetres below the first needle.

"This shouldn't take more than five minutes", said Master Wong.

Dimension 4,200

As the gigantic ship continued to duplicate itself incessantly, Kizaru laughed as he looked upon the almost ridiculous sight. He couldn't be bothered to do anything against Logan at that moment; it was clear the man had lost something anyway.

"You are insaaaaaaane…"

Dimension 29

Nixa had disappeared. Without his leadership, the entire Maju Fleet was thrown into disarray, as Fleet Admiral Takada's warship continued to plough through the endless waves of Maju Army fodder, sending gigantic bits of debris into Shen Tang's atmosphere and allowing them to burn up. The flagships of the Maju Army, left with nothing else to do, turned away and escaped through the portals.

Now, there were only the ships of the Fates left to deal with. Yet, something seemed amiss about the whole dealings with the mercenaries of Alzis; for one thing, Master Ping had completely disappeared off the radar upon entering the Fates ship, and attempts to contact him had completely failed. The Nobunaga towards the Fates fleet, as were a large number of Jiang Dynasty battleships.

"Hopefully, we can resolve this as bloodlessly as possible…"

The Hotel
Lobby 1,770

The sound of sombre piano music wafted through the Hotel as the armless, slightly wounded figure of Behemoth walked dignifiedly through the corridor of the Hotel and going into the 1,770th lobby. The moment he stepped out of the corridors of hotel rooms and into the lobby, pushing the door open, the quiet, melancholic piano music became much clearer, and the pianist was revealed.

The piece

"The Moonlight Sonata, eh?" asked Behemoth, as he slowly walked towards the piano on which Ludwig thundered softly. The Spirit continued to play dejectedly, his eyes focused entirely on his hands on the keys.

"The Multiverse is coming to ruin", he said to Behemoth, without stopping the piece or taking his eyes off the keys. "The Rokuō and the powers are falling, one after another. The Daevas are rising once again."

"The Daevas?" exclaimed Behemoth in shock.

Not stopping the piece, Ludwig continued, "Ziz and Leviathan should be able to tell you about it. I encountered a Daeva lord in Dimension 888,815. They are on the move."

"Lord Kira must be informed at once!" declared Behemoth.

Ludwig stopped playing and turned to face Behemoth. He reached into his pocket and withdrew a small white opal, glowing with a holy, numinous light. He extended his hand and showed the jewel to Behemoth.

"This is what remains of Father Christmas' spirit", said Ludwig solemnly, resting his free hand on the side of the grand piano. "The rest has been corrupted by the wicked influence of Nixa, whom I believe is being fuelled by a power from beyond, a power that Maju himself couldn't have comprehended. The time may soon come when I have to face Nixa in battle; only then will we know the truth."

With that, the Spirit of the Hotel put the white opal back into his pocket and resumed playing, with the air of a man who knew of his imminent death.

The Japanese Restaurant

Just as Steiner fell asleep Elizabeth went up to the boy's body and turn him over to lie down on his back. "I need your help for me to do my spell." Elizabeth told the sisters what she need and the trio agreed. Below Steiner's body a white pentagram appeared and Elizabeth now had a paint brush with silver paint. Elizabeth draw a symmetrical pentagram on his breast and within the pentagram she write down the words "Tetra", "Gramma" and "Ton" in Hebrew characters.

Elizabeth then draw a Tau-cross on his forehead and just as Artemis conjured seven aromatic candles around the table Elizabeth took out her zippo and began to light use one. "What are doing Elizabeth?" Tessy asked as she watch Elizabeth light the last candle. "I'm going to perform an exorcism along with the acupuncture. Help send the dark power within the blood out of the boy and send it back to where it came from." Tessy was familiar with the concept of exorcisms but she never heard of one requiring steps like the one Elizabeth was doing, she figured that Elizabeth was probably doing her own version to the ritual.

"But aren't exorcisms dangerous? What if something goes wrong?" she asked, not doubting Elizabeth's skill on magecraft but worried for the white haired boy's safety. "Well than we all be too dead to care. Trust me Tes, this ritual is much safer than having the blood still coursing through that kid's veins." The Moon Sisters cast a simple spell to make the paint dry more quickly and as Master Wong sat down on his chair he felt the sisters add a final symbol, a star of David with a cross in the center.

Selene turn Steiner on his stomach and as they continue with their song-like chanting more candles appeared by them, releasing the pleasant smells of incense and stones surround the table, the stones being between the candles. The stones had runes carved into them and they emitted a soft glow. Once Wong told them how long it would take Elizabeth took off her trench coat and threw it at Tessy who caught it. "Well that's good to here." she raised the sleeves of her shirt, revealing some of the arcane tattoos on her arm, and raised her right hand above the tenshi. "Essences of Jahvi. By the name of the Demiurge and the Archons, I command you to leave this reality and return from where you came. By the power of Angra Mainyu and the Daevas, I demand this servant to return back to the underworld." Elizabeth chanted, gradually visualizing the blood inside Steiner. "Per júdicem vivórum et mortuórum! Sed enim mundi Creator! Qui habet potestatem mittere in infernum! Ut abire ex regno protinus!"

Tandem sat back and watch as the four women perform their separate feats of thaumaturgy. Tandem was surprised when Alice got up and walked to Elizabeth, he was furthered surprised and intrigued when she joined Elizabeth with chanting the incantations for the spells. "I didn't know Alice knew magic?" Tessy said, Tandem soon replied. "I wouldn't be too surprised, she ran a channel that dealt with paranormal and conspiracy related matters along with horror fiction. She's like a perky goth that way. I think the magic that Miss Ashwood comes from may allow normal people to use it's power. It's a trait that I noticed worlds with ritual magic seems to share. Not all worlds with ritual magic follows it but enough due for me to notice a pattern."

Tessy filed away the information in the back of her mind for future references should it be needed as she watch the two cousins do their work. Alzis simply watch the two mages and three goddesses and grandmaster try to remove the blood. Just because she and the tenshis are working together doesn't mean Alzis is willing to reveal her powers willingly to them.

Dimension 4,200

"It's a mad multiverse spirit, we all a little bit crazy." Logan said back, more duplicates appearing. Soon all of the ships fired and the Kizaru clones were decapitated, leaving the original alive and well. "You see spirit, this is the power that I posses. With this I will not only destroy the IGSE but I will replace them since you are so afraid of them being gone. I will take their place as king for a while but once the demons are gone I will throw away that worthless title."

The Sycamores were charging their beams to fire at the only remaining Kizaru around. "So you have the choice spirit. You can either leave with your life and act as my messenger or die like the rest of you did?"

With one final needle in between his fingers, Wong raised his hand, before gently plunging the needle into one final pressure point in Steiner's body. As the rest of the spells continued to flow, Steiner coughed violently, sitting up and clutching his scrawny chest, wheezing for air. That same moment, a mild shockwave coursed through the Restaurant, eliciting gasps from a few of the others. The paint and candles set up by the magic practitioners wee blown aside, and the pentagrams drawn on Steiner's body disappeared.

It all happened in a split second. The moment it ended, the white haired boy ceased coughing and sat on the edge of his seat. The moment he did, Master Wong seized a small test tube and held it below the boy's mouth. Slowly, a few drops of thick, foul smelling red blood dribbled out from Steiner's lips, dripping into the test tube and coagulating into a small puddle at the bottom.

"That's done", said Wong, holding the test tube to the light and inspecting the little puddle of seemingly innocent red blood at the bottom. The white haired boy leaned forward and peered at the test tube inquisitively, trying to catch a glimpse of Jahvi's blood.

Dimension 4,200

"Ha! Ha! Ha! You really are insaaaaane… aren't yooouuuu?" Kizaru smirked mockingly as Logan continued to produce more copies of the Sycamore and more copies of himself. Without warning, however, the yellow-suited Tenshi dissolved into light and reappeared above Logan, before hurling a copy of his Javelin down at one of the Sycamore copies. The weapon struck the surface of the Sycamore copy and went all the way through, causing the copy to explode in a gigantic mushroom of fire and molten metal.

Without waiting for any response from Logan, Kizaru pointed his palms at the Sycamore and drew the legendary Ama No Murakumo, whirling it around while levitating in the air.

"Do not take him on alone! He is dangerous!"

That same moment, a portal opened up on a cliff about a kilometre down from where Kizaru and the Sycamore faced off; from the portal stepped the figure of the Blind Swordsman, who drew his Eternal Hammer and pounded its head into the cliff, clutching the handle. Kizaru chuckled, before looking back at Logan.

"So it would seem that you want to rampaaaaage… That's a shaaaaame… You seemed like such a reasonable, intelligent persoooonnn…"

That moment, Zatoichi drew his cane sword, leaving the Hammer stuck into the ground. With a single decisive slash, the Blind Swordsman sent a scythe-like burst of air charging towards the real Sycamore; the further the burst of air went, the more charged it became, until it began to glow with a bluish hue as it charged closer and closer to the Sycamore, its velocity increasing exponentially in split seconds.

The Duel of Holy Monarchs
Sol Kira VS Yaldabaoth
Part 2

The two warriors locked their eyes, the purple whitish flames dancing around them as smoke rose high above to the ceiling. Yaldabaoth flew towards Sol in blinding speed but the warrior forced himself to dodge roll into open flames to arrived the raging inferno coming below the archon that was keeping him in the air. Sol chanted a prayer and soon he was covered by phantasmal vines, a demon that was soaking up the arcane energy within the flames to make them weaker.

The archon fired more swords at Sol many of whom he dodged but not only were they creating a fiery shockwave they were also producing massive towers of flames. The demonic vines protected him from the inferno as he charged forward but before he can swing the archon flew higher to dodge Sol's attack. As slow slash out shadowy lightwaves at the divine being Yaldabaoth flying speed prove to be superior to the speed of the lightwaves and dodged them as the archon began to fire it's own waves of fire at Sol.

Once more the demon soak up the damage as Sol tired and fail to dodge the waves, the speed of the fire waves being much faster than Sol's speed. "I need to change my strategy quickly or else I will die in here!" Sol thought as he can feel the phantasmal vine beginning to leave this world to return back to it's own world. Sol said yet another prayer as he unleash more lightwaves at the archon and stopped once his prayer was done. By luck his last wave manage to hit the Archon on the face as it stop flying around, within the being was a will sucking demon.

I will commend your skills in demon summoning Sol Kira but this one powers will not work on me." Sol soon heard a horrible scream coming from within the archon as it's purple flames glow white hot. Once the screaming stopped the flames return back to their purple coloring. "So I take having a demon's whisper you to insanity and having merge with one to make your powers go out of control will fail as well?" Sol was now in the stage that he wanted to remove his helmet due to the temperature but he refuse to do so. You are correct. No demon that can attack the mind, soul, and will can harm me." Yaldabaoth rose his sword and it began to take on a whitish silver color.

"While source eating demons may work my connection to magic is to vast for them to have an obvious effect on me and I can easily destroy them. However I will not have to fear them, it would appear that this fight is drawing to it's conclusion." More fire spread throughout the room as they adopted the same color. Sol was now violently coughing as there was now more smoke in the room than air, the heat was now causing patches of his clothing to combust and some parts of his helmet and armor was beginning to melt.

"Know this Sol Kira, that you will be the first in many eons to die by the power of this form. I rarely have a reason for me to use this incarnate and so for that alone, you have my gratitude and respect." As Yaldabaoth was about to unleash is final attack Sol was making a last minute rite, the final touch was for him to the the blade of his sword to himself. Sol stabbed himself with the Holy Moonlight Blade and from the blood an angelic, mutilated and deformed demon aroused, it's misshapen form crucified for the world to see.

The spell that Yaldabaoth was about to cast was gone as was the rest of his fire. Using whatever energy Sol had left he took advantage of the surprise he had on the Archon and tore the blade out of his body, spraying blood on to the ground, as he charged forward. The Archon manage to react and stab Sol on his left shoulder but Sol stabbed his arcane sword through the chest of the Archon. "Just how you were going to do the honors of remembering me I will do the same with you. Yaldabaoth, first of the Archons and Divine king." Sol pulled his sword out and Yaldabaoth fell down on the ground, seemingly dead as his body began to dissolve and fade away.

Sol fell on to his knees and coughed out blood, he can tell that his injuries were going to end him soon. He heard the doors open and he heard someone running towards him. "SOL!" the king knew that voice, it belonged to Ziz, his most trustworthy general and wife. Once she reach his spot she looked at him, no doubt horrified with his wounds. She telekinetically removed his helmet and she and the other knights cringed when they saw not only burn marks on him but a slab of melted metal fused to his skin.

Ziz removed her helmet to show her face to him follow by embracing him with her wings, making sure the feathers don't harm her husband. "You may be our king but you can really be an idiot at times." Sol weakly laughed. "Yet this idiot was able to win your heart because he cares others over himself." Ziz too laughed back but smile, knowing that he was right. "Don't worry dear the healers are on the way." Ziz was confident that healers can save him.

Just as Sol was fighting to stay awake he suddenly sense something wasn't right. Sol pushed Ziz away from him just as a massive tornado of fire appeared at the other end of the room. From the spiraling vortex of flaming death rose a being of multiple arms and wings of blazing plasma, it's body being mainly that of a spine and ribs and the head having rows of mandibles and horns. It had no lower half making it easy for Sol to guess who it was. "So you came back for our second round. I must admit, you came by much sooner archon." Sol said, getting up despite Ziz's protest.

"Ziz... Selemia... You and the others should leave the temple now." Ziz was surprised to hear Sol call her by her real name, he wouldn't do that in duty despite the severity. "I can't leave you like this. If you need someone to fight this monster than let it be me Sol! You can barely stand." true to her words it looks as though Sol was having a hard time keeping himself up, only by his own force of will is what is keeping him stable. "This being isn't a monster Selemia, if it was it would have attacked the both of us. But now this being, this archon, he has the heart of a warrior along with that of a king. There is only one true way for this battle to end."

Sol knew that his death was at hand, there was no way this being nor the servants it had summon will allow them to reach Sol's location. But just because he knew that death was coming doesn't mean he will meekly accept it, he will die fighting to the very bitter end. "Live, Selemia... See all of this to the end..." He charged the power of the Moonlight sword, Sol wonder if the sword can sense that this was going to be their last fight together. "And when it is done, speak of it." he turn to his wife and knights. "Speak of your king, your brother at arm." he looked at Ziz. "Your dear husband. Speak of the charge of Sol Kira!" he turn to Yaldabaoth. "Tell those of the future how even at the face of death one mortal ruler still stood at his ground and challenged it!"

Letting out a mighty war cry Sol put all of his energy into one last charge. His fellow knights and his wife, many who wanted to look away or stop him, instead honor his last wish and watch his last fight even as tears threaten to leave their eyes. Rifts appeared from behind the Archon and they fired off weapons, most of them missing but a few hitting Sol. Most were glancing blows but a sword manage to embed itself on his side while a spear pierced through his shoulder.

Sol unleashed his charged energy wave at the archon and it howled in pain as fire began to surround them both. Seeing this Ziz tried to fly towards them but was pulled back by the knights, not wanting her to suffer her husband's fate. Throughout the temple the angels fled the scene and The Fates also left knowing that they can't succeed, only Kalameet's cultists continue with their assault. Once they were away from the fight Ziz broke down crying, many of the knights that were with her too look down in sorrow. After an hour was pass a small group went in to investigate the battle area and found the place covered in soot and ashes, black smoke hovering above them, covering the ceiling.

In the room they found the melted remains of Sol's helmet and the Holy Moonlight Blade, there was no doubt as to the fate of Sol. The team that went in soon broke the bad news to Ziz and the other knights in the temple after the cultists were gone, that Sol Kira was dead.

As Steiner started to cough Tessy wanted to reach out to the boy to help but Tandem gently put his hand on her shoulder, looking back he simply shook his head towards her to tell her that now was not her time. Alice was beginning to lose a bit of her nerve due to Steiner's condition but she stayed strong as Elizabeth kept on chanting along with the Moon Sisters. Neither the sisters or Elizabeth gasped, Alice wanted to but she kept following Elizabeth's lead and said the final words in her chanting.

Once Steiner began to cough up the blood Tessy finally ran up to check on the boy along with the Moon Sisters. Elizabeth, Alice, Tandem and Alzis joined Steiner on investigating the blood. "Hard to believe that is the cause of the boy's trouble? It looks like ordinary blood?" Elizabeth turn to Tandem after he spoke. "Don't be fool mate, looks can be deceiving." Elizabeth walked up and snatch the blood from Wong's hand. "I know you want to study the blood but this thing is better off destroyed. Trust me, it's for your own good." Tandem stepped forward.

"Ashwood. I understand that when it comes to the occult you are our general specialist and expert here." the two of them ignored Alzis snorting at the statement. "But we need to know what we are up against and you know them as far as magic goes, we need to know the science of these Nepharites." Elizabeth laughed at him. "The science of a Nepharite? There is no science with them. They are a bunch of sadistic sods who wank off to other people's misery, that is all the science you'll need with them." Alzis decided to speak.

"Considering the chaos happening throughout the multiverse I wouldn't be surprise if that is what Kalameet is doing in his realm right now." The Moon sisters gave Alzis a look of disgust. "Why did you have to give us that mental image!?" Artemis shouted. The other minus Tessy shared the same expression as the sisters, Tessy was confused because she didn't knew that Kalameet was the same being that attacked her and was defeated easily by Fauna.

"WHAT! HOW CAN YOU DAMAGE THE SYCAMORE WHERE NOT EVEN OUR MOST POWERFUL ANTIMATTER BOMBS CAN'T LAND A SCRATCH ON IT?!" shouted the furious and surprised Logan, wondering how this tenshi manage to crack the secret of damaging and destroying his prized ship. Soon Logan found from the archives of the ship it's main three weakness. Spacetime defects, gravimetric singularities and pure magic.

He realize that the spear most have been infused with pure magic energy as element magic would both damage and heal the Sycamore as the material used to create it would cause most forms of energy to increase it's self repairing ability. Just as Kizaru was about to attack he saw yet another tenshi, this one he never saw before, appear and launch an attack on him. The energy wave was fast and with most ships it would have spelled the end for them, but for the Sycamore things ended differently.

The ship went into hyperdrive and while a piece was cut off the Sycamore avoided them and appeared in another star system in the dimension, the duplicates following suit. "Damn spirits. I will deal with them on a later date. For now I need to repair the Sycamore in peace and continue my attack on the IGSE." Logan activated the resonator and soon he and the duplicates left the dimension. However half of the duplicates went into different worlds and began their rampage in there on IGSE own words, destroying star systems that had worlds that bare the logo of the IGSE.

The real Logan back to the world were he found the Sycamore, flying the ship close to the star and letting the solar energy increase the self healing capabilities of the Sycamore while he plotted on how to deal with the tenshis who were now making themselves his enemy.

Jason

Jason had remained silent for the most part, but he sheathed his blade, as he had not sensed much danger. As the othrs introduced themselves, Jason decided it was only fair for him to introduce himself as well. "My name is Jason the Bloodied, Defector of the Aireni, a group of anti-magic assassins, I am the son of Dihvr, the God of Carnage and am the embodiement of Finesse, And to the Soul Eaters, i am known as Death. But seriously just call me Jason. I dont care much about titles."

As they moved on in the conversation, Jason felt like this was getting no where, and while he was concerned about the saftey of the guy just as much as anyone eles, he could care less about these Nepharites. He'd kill them all the same."Let's hurry up. These Nepharite creatures are no big deal. I'm here, so they will die no diferently than any other foe, now can we just--" Suddenly he was interrupted by the lady who was a Bard..."Jason, nows not the time for that, but i see your point. Jason wishes to get on with the search."

Fauna

When they were introducing themselves, Fauna curtsied before introducing herself. "My name is Fauna the Bard. I'm a Floral Alchemist who also happens to be a Bard. heehee" she said with a gentle smile.

When Jason started to go off on the others, she felt it was best if she intervened. With titles like his, she felt a little scared of him, especially since he seemed to dismiss any threat as nothing....something told he wasnt the boastful or overconfident sort. You could tell, it was in his eyes. and that was probably the scariest part of him, or really what was scary about him: his eyes. he wasnt just Calm...he was ready. He also emitted an aura that felt....dangerous....

Fauna shook her head, she needed to focus. "Look, guys, i can help, actually, I'm A Bard, i can heal this man the fastest of all of us. I can either sing a song, or use one of my flowers, either way, i can help...."

Wasp

Wasp said nothing, he did not bother introducing himself. it was a redundant task. he was pretty sure anyone could figure it out, though since his helmet was still off, anyone who looked at him would still find themselves unable to remember his face even at the subconcious level, any time they blinked or looked away. he decided to release the Overseer's powers, but if he showed up again, he would snatch them again.

Kyuubi

Kyuubi frowned, "Wait, do you mean Metropolis as in the Realm or Metropolis as in the City, like in the DC universe? But Either way, i think we should go, the sooner, the better."

???

There was that word again, it still did not feel like a name...just a word. When Alzis asked for the library and its secrets. She said nothing of course. Instead of causing blood shed, she knew it was time to leave. She grabbed Svaboda and then casted a powerful Realm shifting spell. She and Svaboda disappeared, reappearing in a another realm, this realm also had its own magic and was no less beutiful than the other. there was a lot of trees around them, yet it was a city built in the forest, and elves were all around them. But they were safe.

Crowe

Crowe appeared before Ludwig. "Where is he? i sense him here. There is no mistaking Father Christmas' energy signature." He asked in a worried tone. Crowe had known him for several years. they always made each other laugh, so it worked that way, even if they didn't alwasy agree with one another. Crowe was concerned about his friend.

"You may have it", said Wong, as he willingly surrendered the small vial of blood to the magic wielders.

Steiner adjusted himself in his seat such that he could face the others, still twirling his white hair.

"I don't feel any different at the moment", he said, "though it's probably because I didn't feel different with that blood inside. Nevertheless, it would appear that this operation was a great success…" Kaidō came out of the kitchen carrying another tray with a teapot and a few porcelain cups, setting it down on a table in the middle of the room, just as Steiner put on his pyjama shirt and jumped over to his bar chair, where he resumed sitting in his original position.

"Now", he said, "we wait for the rest of them to come back. I can't give directions, since Felix is the one in charge of the whole operation; it's been ten minutes since Hayashi has contacted him, so I don't believe he'll take much longer."

Inalbo

"That would be the city", said Mera. "At least, it didn't look like an infinite universe in my telepathic image of it. Regardless… let's head there now." With a graceful flick of her foreleg, the Golden Dragon opened up a portal in the air, revealing the splendorous city to the rest of them.

"Come", she said, "let us go over."

"Listen mate one of those titles would have sufficed we didn't need the rest. For a bloke who doesn't care for titles you really felt a need for us to dump all of them at us." Elizabeth turn to Kyne. "Hey Kyne, I think I found someone who you might be interested in? Now you two can talk about how much magic sucks together, just keep down for the rest of us at the wee hours of night please." The Moon Sisters let out exasperated sighs as Elizabeth chuckled at her own perverted joke.

Once Wong told him to take it Elizabeth was surprised. "That was a curve ball. I was expecting you people to throw a fuse so you all can study it." Suddenly Tandem took it from Elizabeth. "Which we will so that way we can develop effective counter agents against these Nepharites if they are going to spread their blood around like a disease." Suddenly Alzis took it. "As much as I hate to agree with Ashwood, she is right. The Nepharite blood is to dangerous to be in our hands for long and now in it's current form it is safe for us to dispose of it."

The Moon Sisters were the next to take the blood. "I think Tandem is on to something. We don't think that science is the only solution but maybe combined magic, science and Wong's techniques will give us a greater ability on combating the Nepharites should they use their own blood as a weapon." The moon sisters were surprised when the older sister found that vial was no longer in her possession but with Alice.

"How about we all vote on what to do with this blood before we do anything with it." Alice turn to the group. "So what do you all think? Should the blood be destroyed now or do you think we can use it as a way to understand these Nepharites." When Fauna mention if she can help the Moon Sisters allowed the bard access to do so. "So why did he leave? Is he looking for more new members? If so I think we have a large party as it is."

"As of now", said Steiner, "there are only three known samples of Nepharite blood. One has been destroyed under my supervision, one is in the Satyr Kizaru's possession, and the third one is the one we have here right now. I am fine with studying it, but we will have to take careful precautions in doing so, especially since it has been ascertained that it has many dangerous properties…" He leaned forward and peered at the tube inquisitively, in an almost childlike manner.

Pouring another glass of tea for himself, Master Lam stood up and walked over to where the rest had gathered, inspecting the blood. "To think that such a normal looking substance could be so potent", he said. "We will surely have to find a way to protect it; however, bringing it along with us to Chphlyggnu would be too dangerous. I suggest we send someone to lock it away somewhere where it will be safe till we come back."

"The problem is finding such a place", said Hayashi.

"It's not so much where we put it", added Steiner, "it's who we task with protecting it." He rubbed his left bicep, which still tingled a bit after being reattached following Iuzun's torture. "Seeing the power of these demons, we will have to find someone who can both keep it hidden and, if it is found, protect it. Would any of you be supportive of, say, hiring a bounty hunter? Perhaps one of the Black List Assassins?"

The room fell silent save for a muted gasp here and there.

"Pardon my ignorance", said Henry, "but who are these assassins?"

Another brief silence reigned, before Master Wong replied.

"The Black List Assassins are the 20 most formidable assassins and mercenaries in our part of the Multiverse (i.e. connected to the Hotel). They are known for being utterly ruthless and even insane at times, especially the three at the top of the list;

"The first is, of course, the Alveranian rogue, Iuzun "Nibelung" Nebra. He's one of the IGSE's top leaders, and for good reason too.

"Number 2, the Tajiu Gelmagoshi Polgaparell, known as "Rock Star". He is the leader of the nefarious and notorious Evil Army Toto, which is fiercely loyal to him."

"Number 3, the Dark Fairy Omo Majar Senga Duma, the Snake Prince. He is said to be the most cruel of all the 20, but is also the most loyal to his clients, willing to do anything to execute his means."

"I really don't think we should be hiring these guys to protect our stuff", said Henry Saladass. "I'm sure my motorcycles… uh… my wife and children would agree with me."

"Of course", said Steiner, "we should have a discussion first, seeing as Felix and his gang isn't going to be back soon."

Lobby 1,770

Ludwig silently stood up as the voice of Crowe rang through the Lobby, taking his hands off the piano. He walked over slowly to where the bard was, his hands clasped behind his back and his head bowed deep in thought, before stopping just a few paces away from Crowe, brushing a lock of hair out of his eyes. The Spirit reached into his pocket and withdrew the small opal, showing it to Crowe.

"This is what remains of his spirit", said Ludwig solemnly.

"Three as far as you know, but knowing Jahvi there is more than just three going around." Elizabeth said, taking out a cigarette and lit it. Taking a drag from it and blowing the smoke out of her mouth. Once she heard Master Lam talk about the blood and how it looks Elizabeth smirked at the man. "That is a recurring them back home. Things that like harmless and unassuming tends to be the stuff that hide away great horrors." Alice didn't say anything because even she knows that what Elizabeth said was true.

Soon they began to talk about what to do with the blood since taking it with them on Chphlyggnu is a bad idea. However once they mentioned on letting assassins guard the blood Elizabeth and Alice voiced their objections. "Yes allow an insane killers guard the blood of a demonic-like being. I'm pretty sure that would end well." Alice sarcastically replied back "Gonna have to agree with Alice here. This idea has way too many ways of going wrong." Tandem and Tessy both have to agree with both Alice and Elizabeth on the risks of the plan.

Gabriel

Gabriel had finished grabbing the green rock when the alarm went off. LexCorp guards flooded the hallways, pulling out their guns. Gabriel pulled out his automatic shotguns. and jumped in the air. he counted about 70 or so guards. It felt right to fire, so he did. One would have sworn he was carrying machine guns by the sound of their fire. Despite being shotguns, not a single bullet missed. All 70 were dead by the time he landed, a bloody mess in hall. He then pulled out one of his grenades, tied the green rock to it, then jumped out the window and through the grenade up into the air, at which it exploded. Just then, at the perfect moment the man he had seen flying above him earlier appeared, and inhaled the residue from the green rock and began to fall after choking for a second. Gabriel then, whilst still in mid-air, stepped on the man's face and used it as leverage to jump to next building. all of this happened as if he had planned it, yet again, he hadn't. He had planned nothing. He smirked as gave a final glance back, a microchip which he had also stolen in his hands, he was off to find his next adventure, though he did not leave the realm, no he felt he still had more adventures to have here....this place was awesome.

Fauna

Fuana pulled a flower from her hair. "Here, I'll try this first," she said. She crumpled the flower and blew it upon the boy. It's powerful magical properties kicked in immediately. the Nepharite Blood and its poisons began to be drawn into the flower, turning it a reddish black. Then the petals evaporated, leaving nothing behind. "There, that should help. Its known as the Ivarian Lotus, its such a beautiful flower...only ten of them bloom every 100 years....they have a very powerful purifying magic to them. there is a whole temple built to protect them. but the priest are nice enough to let me pick one every century or so..." She said with a smile.

Jason

Jason turned to Elizabeth. "If you introduce yourself, it is only right to do it properly the first time. But, i can see a daft mage like you wouldn't understand that. Magic has obviously addled your brain. A common fate of you magic users." he said bluntly, his disdain for her words apparent, though he wasn't really that offended, he just didn't like her mouth. Perhaps he might have to do something about that....nothing harmful....but teach a lesson for sure....he thought back to the pranks he, Dharc, and Lilah pulled as kids, he contemplated it for a moment, and decided to leave it as a possibility.

Crowe

Crowe sighed, "Phew, something i can work with. I can bring him back from this...i just need time to recall the right song. He isn't gonna die with me around, and even if he does, I'm a Bard, i can bring back the dead easily." He smirked, despite his aloof tone, one could tell in his eyes that he was serious. He took a moment to ponder what song to use....

"You don't mind if I come with you when you decide to get more of those flowers?" Tessy asked, seeing how having some of those flowers can be helpful to people back home. Elizabeth glared back at Jason. "Better to be crazy than an overconfident sod. But that is the fate for all ridiculously overpowered people." Elizabeth snapped back, not going to let him talk down to her without a fight. Alice hide the vial in her pockets and got between both Elizabeth and Jason.

"Alright you two, save your angry for whatever sea monster is guarding our treasure. But if you want to settle your frustration at each other than do it in a way where no one loses a limb or eye? How about arm wrestling or poker?" Alice said, trying her best to be the mediator and keep the two from fighting.

The Japanese Restaurant

After Elizabeth and Henry's objections, Steiner smiled back at the two of them, almost evilly.

"No", he said. "That is what most people would expect us to think. However, I am fully aware of the way these bounty hunters think; despite their tough appearances, deep down inside, many of them are just childish sore losers who will do anything to get the deal; of course, when it comes to the Twenty of the Black List, it would mean one of the crime world's most coveted positions. Think about it; they have the title of "Black List Bounty Hunter Number Theta" at stake. Hundreds of trillions of people compete for a spot on that list, after all."

"Now that you mention it", said Henry, scratching his oversized chin and pretending to be deep in thought.

"As for which of the Twenty", continued the white haired boy, opening a third box of raspberries and eating one, "I have already narrowed down our list…" He gesticulated at Hayashi, who took out a smartphone and turned on a hologram device. The full list of the twenty most powerful bounty hunters appeared as a holographic chart above the table.

"I spent a fair bit of time pondering this matter, and thankfully, I've managed to come to a conclusion…"

Steiner hopped off his chair and missed the table by just a little bit, landing on his butt on the floor.

"Anyway", he continued, rubbing his backside and climbing onto the table, squatting down beside the phone, "here is the one I have in mind."

Sukarno Kotaffix
"Beautiful Skull"
46,859 | 592,992,354 | 95.3%

"Are you serious?" exclaimed Henry, "this weirdo is the one we're gonna hire???"

"Believe me", said Steiner, "Kotaffix the Beautiful Skull is one of the least weird among the Twenty. Or rather, one of the least weird among those who aren't the top 3. We can't hire Iuzun for obvious reasons, and getting either Polgaparell or Omo Majar to work for us would draw too much attention to ourselves. As such, I decided that we would hire someone who is high enough on the list to instil fear in potential aggressors, but not too high such that other people get suspicious. After all, the top Five tend to be hired only for the highest profile assassinations and gigantic projects. For example, Haikarakainen hired Iuzun primarily to work on the Genesis Bomb, while Omo Majar (who's more than 400 years old as far as I remember) once successfully assassinated a King of the House of Balakas.

"Furthermore, there is other rationale behind choosing Kotaffix; as you can see, she is less than ten single-handed kills away from rising up one spot on the Black List; her total kill count and success rate already exceeds those of #7, but due to the way the bureaucracy of the underworld works, she's stuck at #8 until she successfully kills 8 people as part of a mission. Many people will attempt to come after Nepharite blood for various reasons; as such, it's more than likely that Kotaffix will be able to slay eight people or more, which would push her up the list.

"In addition, I will make certain that she will not question us; the blood will be locked in a safe, and Kotaffix will be told that her only mission will be to defend the safe until we return, and that the deal will be revoked if she attempts to peer inside. Now, I will find a way to have both Kizaru and Zatoichi (whoever he is; I've yet to meet Illushu's successor) observe quietly to make sure nothing is being done behind…"

"How do you know she'd keep to the deal?" asked Kaidō.

"Simple, really", said Steiner. "If she wants to boot Lorm Muuman from his spot as #7, then she'll have to stick to the deal; otherwise, Muuman will be hired instead, and the gap between the two will grow."

Silence for a second or two.

"What do you think?"

Elizabeth was following the same motion as Henry but she was actually in deep thought about his plan. "I will allow this plan to go off, but I will have someone to keep a shadowy eye on him. " Elizabeth took of her left glove and soon repeated the same ritual to summon the tenebraes, it didn't take long for them to return. "We were wondering why are contract with you suddenly broke. We thought you died." Elizabeth ignored them when they asked if she died.

"I will allow this man to guard the blood so long he kept on a constant watch and we don't tell him too much on what the blood is. He may want to move ahead on the list but we can't be sure how he would react to the possibility of gaining new powers." Alice and Tessy seem to follow along with the plan. "Or you can have my group guard the blood? We know the dangers of the blood and can make effective security measures to make sure no one will get their hands on it." Alzis explained, knowing very well that Steiner is only bring a bounty hunter involved because he doesn't trust her and her organization to have the blood even though they know more about it than most people in the restaurant.

"No offense Alzis but when former scientist that use to work with your organization tried to use Nepharite blood to make a slave army to take over the world it makes it hard for me to think that the blood that we have will be safe under your watch." Elizabeth responded back, causing Alzis to glare back at the English woman. The Moon Sisters were still in undecided on the matter of hiring a bounty hunter to guard the blood even if those shadow creatures were going to spy her.

"I suppose that settles it then", said Steiner. "However, we won't be calling Kotaffix over in person right this moment; I'll work things out with Kizaru and Zatoichi and have then settle the minute details with Kotaffix. I'm sure many of you probably won't be comfortable meeting her in person, anyway. I myself am not fond of any of the Twenty as people."

With that, the white haired boy hopped off the table and landed successfully on his chair, before finishing his third and last box of raspberries in a few hurried gulps.

"Hayashi", asked Master Lam, "how long has it been since you last contacted Felix?"

"12 minutes", replied Hayashi. "He said he's going after one last person; a clairvoyant."

Henry Saladass sighed extremely heavily, clearly trying to express his displeasure; he had not had a good history with people who had clairvoyant abilities, and found them to be very irritating and cocky. Nonetheless, he needed the extra money for his motorcycle ("wife and kids") maintenance, so he kept quiet.

"That's good", said Steiner, as he wiped his mouth on his sleeve and continued to twirl his hair. "Ogklrygma isn't the sort of thing that can be killed simply through clairvoyant abilities, but having a person with such powers on the group would prove to be very useful indeed."

The Metropolis

The moment Felix's group entered the Metropolis dimension, they were greeted by the industrial sights and sounds of any built up urban areas in the whole of Existence. Hiccup coughed violently (clearly not used to the urban atmosphere), while Mera sniffed vigorously, her nose clearly affected by the dust of the city.

"This is supposedly the place that this one Gabriel Weston is currently in", said Mera. "Indeed, I can already sense the aura of a man whose luck far exceeds the natural level."

"The main thing now", said Felix, withdrawing a long telescope from thin air and holding it under his arm, "is to locate him and find a way to get him to sit down and talk."

"Oh, don't worry", said Mera, chuckling chirpily. "They're not always hyperactive; just excessively and obscenely lucky, that's all. He should have no problems sitting down to have a chat."

The fallout from the consecutive deaths of two Rokuō…!

Dimension 29
Jinlongshan

"Rokuō Harakiri Haikarakainen and Rokuō Sol Kira are both dead."

The moment the messenger read out the terse message on the scroll, the entire panel of generals and two Grandmasters suddenly burst into loud altercation and argument. First it was Maju who died and replaced; now, both Haikarakainen and Kira had also been killed, the former also being replaced by the most powerful assassin in the Rokuō section of the Multiverse, a bounty hunter whose sanity was never confirmed.

"We cannot take any chances!" exclaimed an old general named He Jian, "We must find a way to support the remnants of St Luminia, so that no enemy may take over their position!"

Another general, a feisty and manly middle aged woman named Soong Meng Li stood up.

"That is not possible! We are still engaged in battle with the Fates, and Master Ping is still missing! Furthermore, the Japanese Fleet has already sent their most powerful ships to aid us in this conflict; there is nothing more we have the right to ask them for! We simply do not have the resources and manpower to execute this on our own, considering how we're already engaged in combat with two other Rokuō and an entire demon army which we know jack shit about!"

With the two opposing views laid out, the entire meeting hall erupted into roaring flames of quarrelling and bickering.

Dimension 50

Jularenskanzo Castle

While the battle between the Behemoth Division of St Luminia and the faceless armies of Nixa raged on below the mountain, a small ship landed on the landing pad of Jularenskanzo Castle, before a human clad in St Luminia garb dashed out, running as fast as his legs could take him. He charged past the guards and waved his St Luminia amulet in the air, before entering the office of Behemoth, where Sir Galma of the Order was planning his next military undertaking on the misty, taiga planet of Jularen.

"Sir Behemoth!" cried the man, desperately attempting to regain his breath as he collapsed onto the floor and clutched the side of Behemoth's hologram table.

"What is it, Sir Tshzam?"

"Chancellor Kira… is dead."

Behemoth looked on at Sir Tshzam with a horrified expression on his face as the human Knight propped himself up on the table, still panting heavily.

"He was killed by a guardian after he tried to enter the library which it guarded, or so I was told."

The Mythic Knight remained silent, before falling onto the ground unconscious, prompting a number of the others to charge forward and seize him just before he fell, either with telekinesis or with arms.

"Sir Behemoth!"

Dimension 124

"So… both Haikarakainen and Kira have perished?" Leung asked, raising his eyebrow and looking dead on at the blue statue that sat placidly front of him, on the pedestal in the middle of the savannah. The sound of Singularity's sardonic chuckling filled the entire dimension, causing some of the tall grass surrounding the blue dragon statue to corrode and burn away into nothingness.

"That's right, Grandmaster", said the Existential Dragon. "And the best part is that neither me nor my counterpart have had any hand in this; it was all the work of the Ahmarhan."

Leung looked on at the statue dead on.

"I came here for answers", said Leung. "I do not wish to be bored down by explanations of feats and other such trivialities."

Singularity laughed.

"Oh, you'll get your answer", said the Dragon. Here, he began to recite a poem of a dark language, the name of which had been completely forgotten by all.

"Rath Menza Amah Shere

Leung chuckled back darkly, before turning around, draping his fur coat over his shoulders once again.

"Before you leave", said Singularity, as the dark eyes of the Dragon Statue slowly began to fade, "I have one more word of advice to you." The Grandmaster turned to face the statue once again.

"The Ahmarhan are on the move. That means only one thing. Be warned."

"We shall see, Singularity", said Leung darkly, before entering the Hotel and leaving the savannah dimension behind.

Aonau

From the putrid, noxious fog of the volcano dimension, a sleek, shiny starship with dark blue markings emerged, the sound of a portal closing off following it. Its searchlights immediately flashed and beamed two long streaks of light into the toxic atmosphere of the volcanic dimension, before landing on a convenient, relatively flat spot near a lava river. The door of the ship slowly opened, before revealing a gigantic, 400cm tall hunk of reptilian muscle who carried a cruel, serrated blade in its left hand. Instead of a left leg, the gigantic reptile had an insect-like metal prosthesis.

On the other side of the lava river from where Snakyashi's ship had landed, behind a boulder, the maimed Dark Magus writhed on the ground, screaming in agony and hatred, and making a torturous, feeble attempt to stand up on his stumps. The smell of rotting flesh filled the immediate vicinity as Snakyashi, ignoring the immense heat, slowly waded across the lava and emerged on the other bank, standing above the Magus.

"A pathetic sight indeed", she said, chuckling to herself as her men (also reptiles) leapt over the river, one of them carrying a levitating stretcher with a large number of tubes and bottles hanging from poles. "To think that this is Father Christmas, the man who defeated me and cut off my leg 200 years ago, at the Battle of Meufra." She beckoned to her men, who immediately lifted the demonically howling Magus and put him onto the stretcher, before placing an oxygen mask over his shrivelled face and connecting his body to the IV tubes.

"Make sure he remains in good condition", said Snakyashi. "Our client made it very clear that he wants the Magus to be in as good a condition as possible."

Dimension 23

Upon entering the space of Dimension 23, however, Snakyashi's ship was fired upon, and though the skilful reptilian bounty hunter was able to evade the bolts, it did not shake off her attackers.

"Madam, it appears that the attackers are IGSE personnel; the warship bears IGSE markings."

Snakyashi grunted and went to face the back; indeed, the gigantic Totenkopfsbau-class warship was emblazoned with the terrifying insignia of the Inter-Galactic Security Enterprise; it was clear that they were either after her or the one whom she carried in the medical bay, the screaming, corrupted, ruined life form that her client so desperately wanted.

"So the IGSE is after us?"

"It makes sense, Madam; after all, Iuzun is now in charge of the organisation, which is the greatest armaments corporation in the Multiverse; for sure, he'd want to eliminate any potential contenders to his new throne as a Rokuō, which would include the top Five of the Black List."

"He's going to find out that doing that will be harder than it seems", said Snakyashi, sneering evilly. "From what I've heard, two of Iuzun's battleships have already been downed by Omo Majar Senga Duma; we should be able to take down this one easily.

"Nixa will get his cargo, believe you me."

Dimension 2,017
Bandar Shwanzorr

The pathway leading to the entrance of Enza Mafia Palace Xasaxa were lined with ceremonial guards decked out in No 1 uniforms, all highly ranked and decorated and carrying ceremonial swords. It was the day that the Xerenn Mafia had overthrown the Universal Government of Dimension 2,017, which meant that the chief of the Mafia there, Don Ren Consolai, was now the unquestioned ruler of Dimension 2,017. Or at least, that was what he believed.

As the mafia don slowly walked down the road, an incessant whirring sound began to ring throughout the whole place; the ceremonial and tactical guards didn't look around due to being highly disciplined, and Ren Consolai, being the boss of the new Mafia Government, didn't look either, to maintain his imposing air.

That purpose was defeated when he was struck in the forehead by a bullet which seemed to appear out of nowhere. The corpse of Consolai collapsed onto the floor and was torn into tiny pieces as the bullet suddenly exploded, taking a huge section of the pathway along with it. As the rest of the guards scrambled to their positions, horrified at what had just happened, a gigantic Kiriumbau-class starship appeared from a portal, before a woman clad in a black business suit leapt off the top of the starship and landed in the rubble, the rest of the guards standing around, too afraid to do anything.

"That… that's Anna Putina, the 9th Bounty Hunter on the Black List!"

Anna chuckled and held out a mini gun. Without hesitation, she spun herself around and fired the weapon insanely, taking down every single guard standing around her.

"Now", she said, "it's time to enter the Vault. Nixa shall get his present soon."

Jason

Jason scoffed, grinning at her rebuke. "You speak like a little girl, squealing and crying because she just found out life isn't all butterflies and rainbows. I may be younger physically than you, but it seems obvious which of us is older mentally." he retorted. Who was this woman? she acted like a little scared child, unable to face what has always been in front of her. Jason had always accepted the world as it was. He didn't like it, and he wouldn't let it idly burn, but he did not deny it for what it was. It was simpler that way. he found it difficult to understand why anyone would make such a childish comment.

Fauna

She could see tensions starting to get higher so she stood in between Jason and Elizabeth. "Enough! we are all on the same team!" she said, nervous that Jason might get angry, though at the moment he didn't seem to be. "Elizabeth! Don't antagonize the boy with sword and the ability to kill everyone in this room like paper....Jason! what you said was offensive, you know not all magic users are bad, you're married to one after all....Look, just calm down...." She hadn't realized it, but she had made a mistake. Jason, however caught it without a beat. "Wait. I never told you my wife could use magic...all i said was that i wanted to get home to my family...How do you know my wife is a Mage?" his voice got lower, and his hand was now on the hilt of his blade, but he had yet to draw it. Fauna blushed, fumbling back away. "Well because i've been to your realm before. I was one of the bards that sang in that tavern in Durvyuria....i visited for a short while, and we've talked, but i left the next day..." Jason seemed to relax, which in turn, made her sigh in relief.

Gabriel

Gabriel leaped from the building, caught a ladder on a nearby fire escape, rode it down until it ran out then dropped and landed on a soft mattress next to a garbage dump. he rolled to his feet and grinned. He hadn't planned a moment of that, but he loved how things always just worked out. Life was the best adventure to have... In the distance, something caught his eye. A portal had opened and strange people had came out of it. One even looked like a dragon. He smirked, he wondered if they had anything he might need. though he decided he'd spy on them for a bit, and use the crowds to blend in.

Crowe

Crowe's eyes then lit up. "Alright, i know which one I'll use, but....i need a better location. He opened a portal, and stepped through:

The Ebon Dimension

Crowe appeared before a lake surrounded by dense forests. the lake was small, and the sky was a cloudy night with moon peaking over the clouds. it was quiet here and a thin mist was in the air. He set the Opal down before the lake. He turned to Ludwig, "Welcome to a well guarded Bard secret: The Ebon Dimesion. No life exists here aside from plants. And day never comes. However this realm holds an infinite amount of powerful magic, but keeps it stable. The power here more than tripled when a building suddenly appeared out of nowhere, but it is protected here to. You and I are the only ones here." He then turned back to the Opal which had Father Christmas' essence within. "Don't worry old friend. I'll have you back in just a bit...." He then began to sing....

https://youtu.be/nDhdvVnA3o0

This song was normally one he sang to resurrect himself whenever he was killed, but he decided to use a different interpretation, so that he could revive Father Christmas. Candles appeared in a 10m circle around the Opal. The Song began its work. The Opal began to glow an eerie white, then Slowly, from around the Opal, Father Christmas' body began to form around the opal, starting with his bones, then organs and muscle tissue, and finally his flesh and hair, then his clothing. His body began to slowly rise into the air. And as sang the lyrics, Father Christmas' body began to breathe in air. It was a slow revival, being finally complete upon the end of the song. The song gave no ill side-effects. Father Christmas' mind and soul was his own. though it would take a little while for him to return to his full self again, but Crowe grinned. "Hey buddy, how do ya feel?"

The Metropolis

Mera spotted Gabriel immediately.

Without waiting for any response from anybody else, the Golden Dragon leapt into the air and went directly upwards, before stabilising herself and soaring gracefully past the numerous vitreous skyscrapers. She snorted sparks from her nose, before gliding down towards the spot where Gabriel had perched himself. The aura of the clairvoyant was completely unmistakable.

"You are Gabriel Weston, are you not?" asked the Golden Dragon. She stabilised herself in midair, hovering a few metres away from Gabriel with the help of her wings. "I presume you know who I am; Rest assured, I mean you no harm. Would you be interested in going on an adventure?"

Ebon Dimension

The moment Father Christmas awoke from his resurrection, the little white opal that contained his spirit before shattered into tiny shards and dissolved into nothingness. For a moment, the familiar figure of the old Tenshi, clad in simple clothes with none of his original military grandeur, tottered about, before landing on his knees, clutching the ground. He climbed up once again and looked groggily at his friend Crowe.

"Crowe…" he murmured. It was then that he saw the figure of Ludwig, a much less imposing figure than Crowe no doubt, but, nevertheless, very much recognisable. A sharp arrow of guilt tore through his heart.

"My Lord Ludwig", sobbed Father Christmas, as he seized Ludwig's hand and collapsed onto his knees, tears streaming down his face. "I'm so sorry! I allowed the darkness to consume me!"

Ludwig helped the other spirit to his feet and silently pulled him close, hugging him. A single, crystal-like tear dribbled out of his eye.

"It wasn't your fault", he said. "I can forgive you for it, for you were weak; We can still retrieve the Eternal Sceptre from Nixa…" Turning to face Crowe, Ludwig smiled gratefully.

"Thank you for your support", he said. "Will you join us in fighting Nixa?"

Crowe

Crowe's expression kind of died when Father Christmas mentioned allowing darkness to consume him. "Don't worry about it buddy. been their myself, and will likely be there again. He turned to Ludwig, his expression turned serious. "That's a serious inquiry to make of a Bard. I know you are looking for support, but it would be unfair if i joined, now wouldn't it? My demonstration back at the North Pole was only a small, small sample of what a Bard can do when pressed to fight. Also....well i have another group i need to keep tabs on. AN interesting lot, definitely a story i would love to see and tell in oncoming future. As for your inquiry, i offer you to ask yourself this one question before you ask me again: Are you sure you want to use the unbridled power of a Bard to fight a simple foe of the Tenshi?" he paused, "Whatever you decide, I'll go along with, but know this will not look favorable on you by the other higher forces, the Ahmarhan excluded."

Gabriel

Gabriel chuckled, "Look lass, i know you like to assume things here, but no, i have no clue who you are, but i will point out that being a dragon here will attract a fight. Anyone can see that." He paused as those around him began to flee from the sight of the dragon. "See? And my life is already full of adventure.....what is it that you offer? if its gold or money, than you can forget it." Despite his question there was a smirk on his face, he was interested to see how she would respond.

Ludwig chuckled quietly as Crowe finished his last statement.

"If you do not wish to help, that's also fine", he said, smiling. "However, I do have a question to ask of you. That "interesting group" you speak of… is it the party that has gathered to fight Ogklrygma the Majestic Vermin and reclaim the Jewel of Ayushiri?"

"Not gold or money", said Mera, chuckling softly and ignoring the terrified people running off, "but adventure. Pure adventure to a land never before seen, a land nobody has returned from, and a chance to slay a being that has remained unvanquished for 700 years."

Dimension 1,105
The Japanese Restaurant

"A clairvoyant? If you want a clairvoyant why not go to me world? We have plenty of them." Elizabeth asked as she put her hands in her coat pocket, turning off the generator and causing her small projected demon army to dissipate. "Yeah forget I had those jokers around." Seeing the demons disappear made Tandem, Alice and Tessy breath in and sigh in relief, they knew that Elizabeth summon them to protect them but that still didn't stop them from feeling threatened by their presence, even if they weren't the rule deal.

However the calm was soon disturbed when not only did the demons return but more appeared, even more Nepharites can be seen like the female one that was with Jahvi on the ice dimension and Zod. The infernal beings surrounded the group and while it seem they had their sights set on the group in truth they were all focusing on Jason. Jason's rebuke obviously angered Elizabeth, an eerie calm expression meeting Jason's grin, but within her eyes was a seething rage directed towards the warrior.

"You claim to be mature but here you are wasting your time with someone who by your own words is too childish to even be bother with, last time I check the real mature thing to do in this situation is to ignore the complaints of a so call child. I'm surprised you even know what crying and squealing are since for all the time we’ve been together you haven’t displayed any signs of showing emotion, I almost begun to think you didn’t even know what those are" Elizabeth said as she removed her hands from her pockets. "Already dealt with an idiotic verbal pissing contest with a perverted bard and have to suffer with an Ahmarhan following me, but I will not be talked back at by a another smug bastard." she snapped at him, ready to command the demons to attack.

But such an order never came as Fauna interfere and while she seem to have almost caused him to attack the bard was able to salvage the situation at hand. "Don't forget that bloody idiot was the one who started all of this mess. Maybe if he wasn't just a ferrous emotionless dick on his response this whole little augment wouldn't have happened. But since you went to the trouble of preventing a blood bath I will stand down, for now." Elizabeth made a sign with her hand to command the demons to stand down.

Just as she was about to make them disappear she sensed a portal about to be open, once it did she was ready to have her demons attack whatever comes out. Elizabeth can tell from the power being given off that it was Kalameet, she remembered her first encounter with the dragon well. Yet instead of the dragon coming out a soot covered, melt, golden helmet was thrown into the room and landed on the floor.

The helmet was that of Sol Kira. Kalameet stole the helmet from Ziz when she wasn't looking and send it to the restaurant so everyone who knew of Kira would know that he was dead. Elizabeth can smell not only the ashes of the previous battle on the helmet but can see residue magical energies coming from it. One was that of Sol Kira who she doesn't know about while the other was a power she knew. "Why the hell is there residue Archon energy lingering on that piece of junk." Elizabeth heard the Moon Sisters gasp in shock. "I take it you ladies know about this helmet?"

The Japanese Restaurant

The arrival of the Nepharites was met with some amount of shock from everybody except Steiner (who gazed on at the arrivals with an ominously stoic expression) and Master Wong, who smirked sardonically. A number of things happened, the altercation was resolved, and just as things were about to return to normal, a portal opened, and a helmet flew across.

"That is the helmet of the Light Rokuō Sol Kira, is it not?" said Steiner, twirling his hair and shifting his piercing gaze onto the melted object with much interest. Both of the Grandmasters in the room looked on at the object with horrified expressions in their eyes; a second Rokuō had fallen!

It was at that moment that Hayashi picked up his phone, whispered a few words into it, and hung up.

"Gentlemen", said the Japanese man. "It would appear that not two, but three Rokuō have died; the Dark Rokuō Harakiri Haikarakainen has been killed by Iuzun."

The room fell silent. Steiner began to suck his thumb, and Master Lam gulped down yet another cup of tea.

"The situation is rapidly spiralling out of control", remarked the white haired boy monotonously.

"So there are dark and light Rokuos? I take it that Maju was a dark one and Alzis is our only dark one left alive. Who are the other two light ones?" Elizabeth asked, wanting to add more on to the list so she can know which ones play a vital role in this war. Alice asked. "So who was this Sol Kira?" Tandem thought that the name was familiar to him. Soon the memories of him meeting Sol in an ancient library came up, the meeting was at first almost violet since Sol thought Tandem was a thief but soon the two men soon became acquaintance once Tandem proved himself not to be a thief.

"Sol was the leader of a religious knightly order, kinda like the Knights Templar but they believed that the universe and divinity are one." Tandem said, they may not have been friends but they two did respect each other for being seekers of knowledge. "Unfortunately", said Steiner, sucking his thumb, "I can't answer for either Felix or Hiccup, considering I don't even know either one of them personally. However, it is to my knowledge that they are trying to expand their goal to form a peacekeeping effort against the demons. Personally, I feel that it's going to be extremely difficult, but I'm more than willing to help out however I can; though I daresay I know the Multiverse better than the two of them, I never would have had the courage to undertake such an effort were I in their situation."

Turning to face Elizabeth, Steiner continued his explanation.

"The Dark Rokuō used to consist of Maju, Haikarakainen, and Alzis. The first two have died, and have been replaced by (respectively): General Nixa, the Wielder of the Yami Yami no Mi, and the Alveranian Iuzun, the Multiverse's greatest bounty hunter, who has a total kill count of over 710 million people.

"The Light Rokuō are Ludwig the Phoenix, Creator of the Hotel, Leung Nam-kuan, the chief of the Ten Grandmasters, and Sol Kira, Chancellor of the Knights of St Luminia. Of the three, Ludwig is the longest reigning, having been around since the beginning of time, while Leung Nam-kuan is the most recent, taking over only a few decades ago after the death of the previous Grandmaster, Hung Yee Lim."
