It's true that it's your territory, but I find it very suspicious that you act so aggressively when I mention UN inspectors. I would also like to disprove the fact that you have never been interested in WMDs...*cough* Unit 731 *cough* and my nuclear weapons are to act like a deterrent, we have no intentions of using it unless it becomes absolutely necessary. And we HAVE partially disarmed, thanks to treaties with other recognized nuclear states.
