You can experiment.. That is what most people here do.. The problem is that you do not want to be unrealistically OP but not terribly weak..

You're right, but, the ships were old and needed to go. And where better than a poor African nation!

Not that old actually... They were commissioned in the early to mid 90's

Sure, but 1989 exactly. Either way, they were Cold-War ships and it would require alot of money to upgrade them all.

If I'll be honest, the days of imperialism are over. There is no point in having islands on the other side of the world. But sure, you can bail me out.

This Islands do provide military way stations and a global reach.

Only bad side is that it's finals for him, so he'll be on and off. It's unpredictable, but he normally shows up around 3AM in the eastern US.
