Roster is up to date: Italy is open.

Not much is happening. Border clashes between Columbia and Western America, dispute over Alsace-Lorraine between Germany and France (it is currently held by Germany), Mongolia's getting military equipment from Russia (me) and Japan.

Cool! How shall history/nation design work, if I was to apply for Italy shall I simply write up a history that fits the territory allotted to it, and if so are there any restrictions I should be aware of? Also, how is warmongering generally going to be approached--I understand that there is a UN basically in place, with a security council to boot. I'm assuming we're not going to be having an annexfest like a WW2-era RP would have, but I am curious to what level war and conflict is going to play a role in the RP before I jump in.
