Brief Description of Army (quality, size, equipment, morale): France has reduced it's army size dramatically since the end of the great war but a National Service of 18 months is still compulsory. The overseas empire is garrisoned by the foreign legion and native colonial regulars. Currently French military strategy is based of the winning tactics of WW1, defense is the best offense and when offense must be launched it is with completely overwhelming firepower and deliberate troop advances.
Brief Description of Navy (quality, size, equipment, morale): 20 battleships, 30 cruisers, 42 destroyers, 163 torpedo boats, 61 submarines. The french navy is large and modern a requirement due to Frances extensive overseas territory's.
Brief Description of Armoured troops: By the end of WW1 France had produced more tanks than the rest of the Entente combined. While tanks were now a vital part of french strategy they were seen and used as armored infantry by the command with more 'innovative' tactics being dismissed. Following the end of WW1 the french developed large amounts of armored cars and half-tracks to be used in infantry support.

France was formed from West Francia in the late dark ages, it went on to become a dominant west European power having traditional rivalry's with it's northern neighbor England. France built a colonial empire and became hugely powerful however in 1789 a starving people overthrow the monarchy in the french revolution and established a republic. Four years later the old king and queen of France are guillotined and thousands more follow in what is known chillingly as 'The Terror'. The orchestrator of the terror, Maximillian Robespierre, is himself guilliotined a year later.The power void is filled by a Military officer, Napoleon Bonaparte who is given control of the French army in 1796 and he leads the nation into a series of overwhelmingly successful wars against Frances continental rivals. In 1802 Napoleon is proclaimed 'Consul for life' and becomes emperor of France in 1804 and leads the country from success to success on the battlefield redrawing the map of Europe. In 1814 following a disastrous invasion of Russia and numerous other defeats Napoleon is forced to abdicate and is then banished from france. He returns the next year and retakes the throne however he is defeated yet again at the battle of waterloo in the same year and banished to the remote island of St Helena where he dies. In 1832 France alongside it's former enemy's Britain and Russia helps Greece gain it's independence from the ottoman empire however in 1853 France fights alongside the ottoman empire and Britain against Russia in the Crimean war. In 1871 France is humiliatingly defeated by Prussia in the Franco-Prussian war and is forced to give Prussia Alsace and Lorraine. Prussia then went on to form Germany a nation France saw as a threat. In 1914 the great war broke out and after four years of the horrific fighting and millions of dead Germany surrendered forced to accept humiliating terms by the victors. In the years since the great war France sent troops to help the white Russians in the russian civil war. Since the great war there has been a rise in both socialism and pacifism in France though the current president is a conservative.

However, the Bulgarian Tsar, and the population, are strongly against this. In fact, to say irridentism is the order of the day is a significant understatement. Historically speaking, the Prime Minister has a few months before he'll be decapitated.

State of Industry: There is very little civilian industry in Bulgaria, other than a few industrialized textile mills and the sort.

Military Size: The professional military has been limited by the Treaty of Neuilly-sur-Seine to 20,000 men, no air force, and a restricted Navy. Bulgaria has used numerous ways to get around these restrictions, and so accurate numbers are hard to find. It's safe to assume that if needed, Bulgaria can raise up a significant force. (Having a few years before mobilized 1 million troops, from a population of 5 million).
Brief Description of Army: The professional army is 20,000 men strong, and consists of highly experienced troops. Their morale is unquestionable thanks to the Bulgarian nation's thirst for vengeance. The equipment is, while not on the cutting edge, primarily modern and effective. The paramilitaries and militias around Bulgaria vary in equipment, but share the quality of experience and morale of the professional army.
Brief Description of Navy: The Bulgarian Navy has never been hugely relevant, I can't find a single mention of their numbers at this time. I think it's safe to assume the navy consists of a sparing few corvettes and frigates of slightly outdated make.
Brief Description of Armored troops: I don't believe armored cars/tanks were in use in Bulgaria at the time.
Production Capacity: Bulgaria does have some military industry, but mainly imports it's armament.

Brief Description of Army (quality, size, equipment, morale): The Reichswehr is limited to 100,000 soldiers (consisting of seven infantry divisions and three cavalry divisions) and 10 armored cars. The troops are trained well and have good equipment, but there is not enough of them to defend Germany from any kind of invasion.
Brief Description of Navy (quality, size, equipment, morale): The German navy is limited to 36 ships (six pre-dreadnought battleships, six cruisers, 12 destroyers and no submarines) and 15,000 men. They too are well trained.
Brief Description of Armored troops: N/A (No tanks etc. because of Versailles treaty)
Production Capacity: Germany has very little production capacity due to the industry being occupied by France.

History (to see of you have a grasp of the nation you are playing as, no copying of wikipedia): (Recent Weimar History) Harshly restricted by the Versailles Treaty, Weimar Germany was in a precarious position. Fresh from a failed communist revolution, Germany was going downhill. The Reichsmark began it's hyperinflation and the Allies seemed to be purposefully starving Germany in the hopes they would not recover, as well as hoping that they would be the buffer between communism and the west. Soon, wave of nationalism known as the NSDAP would shake Europe to it's very core.
