I think the Song of Steam RP is coming up soon but I'm not behind it so I have no idea.

Yes, those changes seem like they would differentiate the RP from others. What bloc is America in?
Also, based from these, I would say the number of Non-Aligned Movement would be greatly reduced.
China's allies are India and other neighboring territories, including Albania? Or has Yugoslavia managed to unite most of the Balkans?

Yep, the occupation of Chile and Uruguay happened in order to supress the communists there.

Nuclear powers being the respective de facto leaders of the blocs and then a nuclear showdown between them.

National Front I'm sure would gain a lot of traction, as would the Social Movement, and maybe some other movements, but that can probably be left uo to the players. The scars of WW2 are still fresh in Europe, which is why I dont see the fascists gaining that much power. Especially with the competing fascist bloc existing in Iberia and Latin America.

To sort of change the subject, ill probably be playing a socialist Algeria.

It could be like a whole "hey you guys are being hypocrites and shit" and the U.S be like "nah we ain't" and the Europeans be like "well we won't support you" and the U.S be like "I'll blow you up" which leads to a nuclear standoff plot. Basically instead of Sino-Russian split we could have Euro-American split.

I just think it would depend on how Mexico is RPed.

Maybe Iran or the Saudis? Maybe Spain to give all the blocs a nuclear power.

Going back to the North South Italy thing, what about Fascists would they work in there? Or too much anti fascism from WWII?
