Reaction Cards --
Deflect - Absorb a single round of fire (all hits taken) from a single weapon system. Discard after use.
Intercept - Shoot down Attacker Squadron using a Fighter Squadron that is in the air. Place launch card in the bottom of your Battledeck after use.
Flak Screen - Use a Flak Emplacement to destroy any one aircraft unit in the same zone as your Luftship. Place card in the bottom of your Battledeck after use.
Action Cards --
Rotary Rocket Salvo - Deal eight hits to a Luftship within one zone of your Luftship. Place card in the bottom of your Battledeck after use.
3 cm Shell Volley - Deal two hits to a Luftship to within one zone of you to the left or right. Place card in the bottom of your Battledeck after use.
Torpedo Away! - Deal five hits to a Luftship outside of one zone of your Luftship. Place card in the bottom of your Battledeck after use.
Fighters, Scramble! - Launch a fighter squadron to Intercept an Attacker squadron or hostile fighter squadron. Range of three zones.
Attackers, Scramble! - Launch an attacker squadron to get into the target Luftship’s zone and deal one hit.
Acoustic Torpedo Out! - Discard the target’s hand. Place card in the bottom of your Battledeck after use.
Maneuver Cards --
Full Ahead! - Move one zone forwards.
About Port! - Move one zone left.
About Starboard! - Move one zone right.
Ramming Speed! - If a hostile Luftship is in an adjacent zone, move your Luftship into their zone. You are each dealt ten hits.
Crew Trait Cards --
Good Ears - Reveal one random opponents card. You pick the card randomly.
Expert Damage Control - Return three Hull cards from the discard pile to your Luftship.
Crowded Launch Deck - When you play an Attacker Aircraft or Fighter Aircraft card, launch two squadrons instead of one.
Finest Hour - Draw a new hand if you dislike your current one.
Miscellaneous Cards --
Hit - A representation of being struck by a weapon. Can be negated by using a Deflect card.
Hull - A representation of the condition of your Luftship. Successfully dealing Hit cards discards Hull cards. Once all of the Hull cards are discarded, a Luftship is considered sunk.
Fittings Cards --
Armor Plating - Add a Deflect card to your deck.
Hull Reinforcement - Add a Hull card to your Luftship.
Rotary Rocket Tube - Add Rotary Rocket Salvo card to your Battledeck.
3 Centimeter Cannon Turret - Add a 3 cm Shell Volley card to your Battledeck.
Torpedo Tube - Add a Torpedo Away! card to your Battledeck.
Acoustic Torpedos - Add a Acoustic Torpedo Out! card to your Battledeck.
Flak Emplacement - Add a Flak Screen card to your Battledeck.

Maybe we will be able to make our own, since mostly only the IJN and a few Kriegsmarine ships exist in KanColle for now. Yamato exists, it even was in the anime.

What about the Beehive rounds used on the Yamato? Perhaps they can be miniaturized to be used on cruisers and/or light warships.

I already have flak emplacements, and the entirety of the game takes place on massive airships built like naval battleships, called Luftships. An example of a battle may look something like this...

I know, I was suggesting those. Will the RP be mostly based on Last Exile or will it use WW2-early Cold War weapons?

And then you'll need autocannons, gyros, scout planes, CIWS, ramming equipment, flamethrowers, mortars, boarding parties.
